Our host met us on site. He explained the workings of the Airstream, how to use them and gave us a little history about the place, itself.
We loved the clean, original interior and period decor.
We had everything we needed. A/C worked great, Wi-Fi was steady, and the location was quiet - surprisingly better priced than hotels in the area.
Beautiful chickens, grey geese, a white turkey and a shy peacock free-ranged the grounds but weren't intrusive. It was interesting to watch them... the rooster was quite a handsome fellow!
It's just a short drive up the road to Beaufort so we were close to everything.

This home is exceptional and very well maintained. It was very clean, properly furnished and just a joy to sit on the porch with our. We were in town for a baby shower and four of us stay at this property to include my parents who are 78 and 85. My Mother was able to cook full meals in the kitchen which is why I booked this home. WE LOVE IT. The laundry was fully stocked to include an iron and ironing board. The communication with the management company was exemplary. We will return.
