I booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa for four adults (children over the age of 3 are considered adults). When we arrived and checked in the woman at the front desk asked how many were in our party and I confirmed there were four of us. She informed me that the room was intended for three adults. I reminded her that I had called to inquire that the room would indeed accommodate four adults prior to booking the room. She then informed me that there were only three towels in the room. I asked if I could get an extra towel and was informed that towels only come in stacks of three, so NO I could not get extra towels. The room has a kitchen complete with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster. However, don't plan on cooking as there are no pots/pans or utensils, only paper plates and plastic cups. No coffee maker as well. The stove vent is dirty as is the bottom draw of the stove. The stopper in the bathtub was missing the top portion leaving a metal stub that stuck up above the edge of the drain. I slipped in the tub and struck the post on the bottom of my heal leaving a significant bruise and sore foot. The rooms are nice sized and relatively clean. Other than the stove. The beds are nice but a bit firm. The AC didn't get very cold but it was adequate considering it was November and not excessively hot. The TV had adequate channels and the wifi worked great. I have stayed here on several other occasions and was very pleased with the rooms and services. This particular stay wasn't up to par!
