The hotel is attractive inside the lobby and public spaces. The pool and fitness room are great. The bed was super comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM was great and I loved the chocolate cookies at check in. Folks at the front desk were very always friendly, helpful, and efficient. And I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was nearby to many places. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. I liked that the hotel had a fitness room and a pool. The pool area and water was nice, maybe more heat and warmer water temps...it was a little chilly to go in. The lobby and its seating area was peaceful and comfy, nicely furnished too.

The staff was super friendly, the place was pretty clean.
I didn't use it but I love the supermarket being so close and the abundance of parking. The hotel was very comfortable and my family enjoyed the space. We was looking for a little getaway and thus place was great being 9 minutes away from Palisades center. The staff was respectful
The staff at check in and out were pleasant. That's literally the only good thing other than it was convenient to our plans, and the Italian restaurant across the street was really good (no relationship with the hotel).
The restaurant is closed but the hotel is surrounded by great places to eat. I have enjoyed my stay here very much; I like it very much. The staff is wonderful and its very peaceful in the hotel.
The hotel was closed by the Dept of Health on the Friday before the Tuesday we were planning on staying there. I have contacted Booking.com for a refund and I'm still waiting!!
