The hotel is attractive inside the lobby and public spaces. The pool and fitness room are great. The bed was super comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM was great and I loved the chocolate cookies at check in. Folks at the front desk were very always friendly, helpful, and efficient. And I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was nearby to many places. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. I liked that the hotel had a fitness room and a pool. The pool area and water was nice, maybe more heat and warmer water temps...it was a little chilly to go in. The lobby and its seating area was peaceful and comfy, nicely furnished too.
Have been here for quite some time now and I can attest that all the staff has been always courteous to everyone and very helpful. Have also been in many rooms. Some are surely better than others but overall it is a great value. Definitely better than the other hotels in the ~10-20 miles area.
I didn't use it but I love the supermarket being so close and the abundance of parking. The hotel was very comfortable and my family enjoyed the space. We was looking for a little getaway and thus place was great being 9 minutes away from Palisades center. The staff was respectful
Brian the representative at the front desk was very helpful, and kind. We booked our room through Booking.com and when we arrived the room had been cancelled. Brian was very helpful and found us the perfect room. The hotel was very clean, our room was clean and the bed was comfy.
stuff none friendly. I ask room service for couple of days. no one care. after 5 days, finally I got this. I ask change room, that lady even said no room available. I booked couple times this hotel. just wanna change a clean room.
