The hotel is attractive inside the lobby and public spaces. The pool and fitness room are great. The bed was super comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM was great and I loved the chocolate cookies at check in. Folks at the front desk were very always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was nearby to many places. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. I liked that the hotel had a fitness room and a pool. The pool area and water was nice, maybe more heat and warmer water temps...it was a little chilly to go in. The lobby and its seating area was peaceful and comfy, nicely furnished too.

One of the worst hotels i have stayed in , the fact that i booked for breakfast and there was no breakfast is disappointing .. this should have decreased the charges
taking a deposit of 300 USD is way too much and i dont understand why !
please dont think about staying here if you ever do .. way worse than what u would expect

They advertise a pool but it is not open during COVID. They advertise room service but is not utilized due to COVID. These were the only reasons I chose this specific hotel. The man at the front desk said that is booking.com's mistake not theirs. Other than that it was okay. The facility itself is beautiful. The room was clean.

Nicely renovated and upgrade. Free laundry and excellent dryers.
Need to have breakfast and house keeping should be more diligent,when putting clean sheets on the bed; make sure they’re clean. But once I notify the house keeper on duty, she changed the pillow right away.
So prompt and courteous service was a plus with Candlewood !!! I will be booking again if I’m looking for a local stay.

I stay at this hotel frequently bc the location is convenient. You have everything you need in a short distance. The staff is always pleasant (Ashley).
Parking is great. The rooms are always amazing.
Absolutely nothing. This Inn smelled terrible and musty even in the reception area . The “Continental Breakfast” terrible . Do NOT stay here unless you want bed bugs and like cheap motels .
The hotel itself is nice enough, and a great value. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool.
I can't say I liked anything about this hotel. The only advantage I can say it has is the fact that there is Target near by, and a few restaurants. Service was very poor.
