The breakfast was good. The lady working in the breakfast room was wonderful. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were pleasant. The number of cable TV stations was a pleasant surprise. The staff discounted our room as a result of the room issues.

What I liked most about mineral Wells is that there are so many convient places to eat at and go to to be able to shop if you may need something from the start of the day to late night entertainment for the adult right up the road from everything and right over the hill from pettyville whixh has so much more then mineral Wells does but it is what it is in most cases you can find everything that you may need at the walmart superstore right over the hill from the hotel room which if you want needed me to walk back and forth to what ever you want to do.
This is a basic hotel, but everything was perfect. free wifi, free parking, in-room coffee & tea, microwave & fridge. It’s just a minute off of the freeway. My room was quiet and clean. The staff who checked me in and out were friendly. What more could you want?
Staff was friendly and helpful. Manager a bit upset that we had our service dog with us. I usually try to get a pet friendly hotel. Toilet seat in room broken. Only reason we will not stay again is because we travel with our service dog.
If you have pots, this hotel is a great place to stay. There aren't many hotels that accept multiple pets. The hotel itself is older but has been kept in very good condition. The rooms have been updated & are very comfortable.
The room looked clean enough, and had a microwave and refridgerator. Would have preferred the fridge have a small freezer compartment like most hotels, but was able to manage with just the fridge.
it was close to both Parkersburg & Ripley we were visiting both areas for the holidays staff has been very nice all three times we have stayed there the breakfast was good everyday we were there
