I was treated very poorly by the day manager, she showed me no respect whatsoever and was refusing to extend my stay 1 more day. I'm on HUD and having a hard time with my health I've had 3 heart attacks and 4 head injuries. She knew this and yet continued to harass me! I finally got things straightened out and got my needed extra night due to the efforts of HARRY the night manager. Bless Harry.
Great Beds and lovely hosts! Sure the area seems a little busy but never had one problem in my many stays plus the family will try to accommodate one's needs that might come up like early check in's.
Location to where we needed to be in Oak Grove was excellent: few motels in areas allow pets. The room HVAC worked very well to keep the room a comfortable temperature.
