Clean, staff were amazing and the maintenance guy was excellent. He went above and beyond his work duties and helped my mom, who is half paralyzed from a stroke, get down stairs.

The location suits us very well as we have people to visit. It is just off the 500 freeway, so you need a room away from the freeway side of the building to avoid the noise. Our upgraded room was an excellent size, but the queen size rooms are mean in size.

I was in town for a conference at the convention center. Did not do any tourist things while there. Downtown is clean and very mellow. The hotel is a nice walk away. Helpful in a situation where the day involves lots of sitting in meetings.

Clean city, friendly people.
Clean city, friendly people. The Waterfront is especially lovely with its scenic walk, views, and many restaurants. Downtown and Uptown are easy to navigate and explore. Also, several sites with historic significance, such as Fort Vancouver.

Vancouver, WA is a wonderful community and a great base camp...
Vancouver, WA is a wonderful community and a great base camp for day trips to the surrounding area. I highly recommend staying in Vancouver. Just don't stay at the Day's Inn by Wyndham. It is a dump.
The facility was old, but well updated. The kitchen had modern equipment including a stove with an oven that heated quite quickly. Each of the three bedrooms could accommodate a couple adequately. There was also a nice alcove bed for an additional person. It was an easy walk to some of the downtown, but felt very much like a residential area--in the next block from downtown Vancouver.
If we return to visit our cousin who lives in Vancouver, we would be pleased to stay in this house once again. Overall it worked very well for us.
I loved the set up of the suite. it was spacious and had many amenities. The bed was SO comfortable!! I do wish there was better movie channels available, but that would be my only complaint. My kids and I loved our stay! breakfast was convenient and fresh. the staff were friendly and helpful. our room and other areas of the hotel were clean and looked nice. We will definitely be back and recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you!! 😊
Ted and Sallie are great hosts! They are very friendly and provide delicious breakfasts. Very attractive house. My room was large with a comfortable bed and Sallie arranged it so I had sole use of the bathroom across the hall (2 of the 4 rooms have ensuite). The B&B is located near (10 min walk) Vancouver's pretty waterfront (lots of restaurants and bars) and a 20-30 minute drive to Portland.
Best Western Vancouver Mall...it's 3 blocks from the Mall and very close to SR500 and I-205, so the location is pretty convenient. It's centered in the town so it's about 10-15 minutes from everywhere, which is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable; not huge, but big enough at the price. The staff is nice; maids especially, but the front desk.....
They were able to accommodate our needs very easily and the staff was welcoming and friendly. When we checked in, the man at the desk gave us a printed layout of the hotel and took the time to highlight where our room was and other important facilities. Considering the price and quality of this hotel, it’s definitely a deal.
Room was especially clean. I requested and received a ground floor room. There was a comfortable chair to sit in other than the bed or desk chair. I always appreciate that. I had a package sent to me at the hotel and the management was happy to receive it and bring it to my room. Parking lot was well-lit.
The hotel itself was very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always available. The pool area was perfectly well clean. The pool was beautiful the rooms exceptional so comfortable well worth the money. I enjoyed my stay I will definitely go back to this hotel when I’m in that area
So comfortable! Clean, convenient, modern. Our a/c broke in the heat wave, so this was the closest hotel...it was really nice! We got the king + sofa bed for our fam of 4 and it was nice to have the space of the sofa for our small kids to play. Loved the Nespresso in the room!
Loved that we were in a bind, and best Western accommodated us. We needed 2 rooms, and it was very late notice and they still treated us amazingly. Best hotel experience I've had in a long time. They care about their customers.
This hotel was exceptional, from the price to the staff to the little birds chirping in the hallways leading to your room. Everyone was so friendly and so helpful. The bed was amazing and the room was so clean.
Breakfast was limited to a take-away from a Starbucks-like counter. No restaurant, no table service. I believe the hotel was being renovated... maybe the restaurant wasn't ready yet.
Room 112, needed to be cleaned, desk staff could not change a $20 bill, and had 4 young men hanging around smoking just outside the entry. All the time .
