The breakfast was better than average but not exceptional. The location was good for us. All of the staff we encountered were happy and smiling. It seems to be a good place to work. The lobby area was very comfortable looking. We didn't use it, but saw many people happily using their laptops or sitting and chatting. Also, everything was very clean. I was happily surprised that the maid came by 3 days out of 4 to do a clean-up, make our beds and give us fresh towels.

At least say on there website that pool is down and there hallways smells like skunk and weed barely any hot water to take shower stains on ceiling I would never recommend this hotel to anyone we left a day early and can’t get a refund there breakfast isn’t what they show in the picture

Staff was rude...restrooms werent finished and the building outside was nice looking but deceived you for the inside that wasnt as nice. Lights didnt work..toilet was broken. Wouldn't recommend to anyone else

The worst hotel ever to stay, staff was friendly and that was all it had going for it. False advertising all the way, do not belive the pics you see. Disgusting pool, hot tub and the sauna was completely falling apart/condemned, unusable. Disgusting.

I loved the spa in the room and the size of the room but the pool was super cold and the hot tub was dirty and the jets were broken. There was no meat or eggs. The orange juice and apple juice were watered down.
The room was fairly clean, but this hotel is not what it used to be. The hallways were dirty, not many choices for breakfast & our window in our room was jammed open about 3 inches, & wouldnt close. The young Man working the night we checked in didnt seem to care when we called down & told him. Thankfully the next morning upon check out the Lady who was working DID care & discounted our room..We probably wouldnt stay there again. Its a shame because this used to be a very nice Hotel.
The property was beautiful and it was nearly southwest Detroit. I really liked the staff there made me feel good about staying there. I was always acknowledged when walking In And when leaving as well. I really appreciate the receptionist going above and beyond to let me know that if I needed anything she was there to help
