Not a whole lot except the shuttle back to the airport. It was Way, way to noisy due to Job Fair so could not enjoy Breakfast in a quiet atmosphere. Once a year I go to Bakersfield, California and fully enjoy my stay at Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointed in this experience.

It was a good stay for me. I'm giving it 5 stars relative to the experience I was expecting. It's not a 5 star hotel with all the wild amenities, but it is a 5 star for a simple hotel with the necessities you need. Most of all it was clean and the check-in/Check-out was great.

Good pillows, good mattress, room was very clean and well stocked with what I needed. The location was convenient and close to food and right where I needed it on my route down from Canada.

We travel often and this Inn was fantastic. The price was right, it was. very clean and had modern furniture including a new tech refrigerator and freezer in our Presidential Suite. Breakfast was totally amazing. At breakfast, the chef came into the dining room often explaining ingredients ‘in the buffet’ to many of us. The breakfast buffet was dairy and allergy free, freshly cooked and excellent taste. It was the best ‘home cooked buffet’ right from the Inn's kitchen prepared that morning by the chef. This ‘sold us’ to say at the Century Inn in the future, along with the cleanliness of the entire Inn and rooms. We would come and stay again when we return to the Albany area.

Breakfast was horrible. Don’t bother. Nothing hot. Old warm juice. Wrapped bagels, yuck.

Tru Hilton states in their description of accommodations no pets allowed. I was confused because it states this but on several occasions and locations I saw dogs at the property. If I had known this I would not have stayed at this hotel. I have severe allergies and always look for a hotel that does not allow pets. Again why list no pets allowed and then let guests bring pets onto the property

Worst hotel ever.
Worst hotel ever. Staff seemed pleasant was very loud party all night loud dogs barking room was dirty and smelled. We cancelled our reservation after not sleeping the first night and found a new hotel. If you want to not sleep and listen to loud people all night with broken ac and toilet paper on the ceiling come on down.

The reason for our stays in Latham are related to RPI activities. It offers quick access to Troy with affordable alternatives to the limited accommodations there. Over the past several years, we've also found some really wonderful restaurants.

My stay was a overnight stay and I'm from the area. So, for me the only places I would drive to Latham for, would be Bella Napoli Bakery for the fudge fancies, and Burlington Coat Factory clothes shopping..
So glad I booked it. Staying with wife and my 3 year old daughter. Extremely neat, modern and well equipped. Ample free parking close to the airport.
Finally had some good pre-pandemic style breakfast at a hotel with lots of options.
Not going to book anything else on my future trips to Albany.
Its a bare-bones kind of hotel experience, old and not renovated since first built. It's an adequate accommodation, but feels dirty because of its age and old carpeting, old bed linens, etc. Felt like a ghost town hotel because so few guests were there.
The staff at the hotel, mainly the manager, Sheil were amazing! Sheil made sure we were taken care of. The staff at the restaurant (On Tap) were incredible. They took wonderful care of me and my family and made it so much fun. The kids enjoyed it.
The location was awesome as it is right off the expressway. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. It did not look very good. I liked that the desk clerk was very accommodating when I had a problem. He was very helpful.
Freshly painted, spacious and super clean hotel. Stuff was pleasant and helpful. Parking with tons of space. Room was spacious and clean too, as well as the bathroom.
Wouldn't count on their breakfast though.

Couple of weeks back I stayed in Holiday Inn Express in Latham NY That was horrible. La Quinta was a pleasant experience after horrible Holiday Inn
the hotel is an old building with lovely period features. the breakfast was very good, with fruit, including fresh strawberries and blueberries, yogurt, English muffins, eggs, etc. good coffee.
The room and building had a lot of charm. The room and hotel were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the sliding door to the bathroom.
Exactly what I expected from an airport hotel. Nothing more, nothing less. Ok breakfast with yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and pastries. Has bedrooms for guest with dogs.
This hotel has great facilities including a small gym, pool, jacuzzi and a little outside patio which were great! Mostly we loved that we could bring our dog too!
