Lilly and Randy were extremely friendly and helpful. We were sorry the pool was closed for renovations. The bed was so comfortable and the room was great for my senior husband. We observed the solar eclipse from the back parking lot, which was a lot of fun! The breakfast buffet was, well average, but the service made up for the lack as all our needs were met. Thanks for an excellent stay. Also, I forgot to ask about the extra night for after a two night stay.

Clifton Park Hilton is excellent: safe, clean and quiet! The pool and whirlpool were relaxing. The included breakfast was wonderful. The chef made my custom omelet and French toast to perfection! The front desk people were very helpful.

Very nice area plenty of food venues just don't stay at best western this place is a complete joke and the only 2 things that work correctly is the lighting and the heating. Don't expect hot water.

Breakfast offered was minimal. They lacked basi food. Waiter stated they were out of fruit salad, sausage, juice and brad was stale. THe fact is they filed for bankruptcy in July 2019. Evening dining w as nowhere but rather tasteless.

Location was perfect for easy on and off main roads. Walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores etc. Hotel was busy enough that I didn't feel like I was the only one staying but not so busy that it was noisy or crowded.
Breakfast was very good and fresh. Smell of marijuana in the hallways was annoying

The hotel was very well situated, lots of parking, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was really good and plenty of choices.
The breakfast was great and the location was even better . They had a skate park right outside the hotel it was great for the kids . Mall was across the parking lot .
