Hotel carpets were grossly dirty and cleaning services for room wasn't available except changing towel on daily basis that too on reminding them.
Seems carpets have never been vacuumed.

Since dogs are accepted in your facility in La Palma, suggest you put in a fenced dog area for dogs to do their thing - with plastic bags - it would keep your facility so much cleaner. And it would be easier for dog owners too. Thank you so much for allowing our little dog to come with us.

This is a nice hotel and it’s in the perfect location! Pets are welcome in this property so that’s a huge plus but sadly, the cleanliness of this hotel needs major improvement! There were pet hair all over the carpet in my room, and the hallway wreaked of dog & cat urine!

It's perfect for a small getaway for couples or even families. We happened to be going to Disneyland and stayed for 2 nights, it was so easy and convenient, even if we were to choose to do uber it was no more than $15 each way. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and provided with cable. We usually take our own gaming system or apple TV to just relax a little. The beds are super comfortable and honestly just a great overall experience. We will be staying there again in the next month!
Room was super clean…the beds were super comfy.The AC was perfect!..DAVE at the check in desk was extremely friendly and informative,he greeted us with a nice smile and warm welcome! We are telling all our friends about this amazing hotel. We are definitely going to miss our stay.Our stay was so wonderful that we will be back!
