The location was good because it was near a friend's house so it was easy for us to meet up. Parking was free and had enough parking slots so that's great in Chicago area. Breakfast wasn't free but there was a resto there that served large portions of hearty and warm breakfast. Room was basic but good enough for a short warm 2 night stay.

The room was supposed to be a none smoking room, however, the room reeked of cigarette smell which made it hard to breath. The room was very stuffy even with the AC unit going. The beds were hard, pillows were flat, which made for a very uncomfortable and sleepless night. Asked for additional pillows and was told they did not have any and was giving a blanket to use as a pillow instead.

I reserved 2 days early and get there greeted with a frown and place in a disgusting occupied room, urine and feces in toilet nasty men underwear on floor and just yuck . It took 1 1/2 hr to be placed in a room afterwards. Yes I was fully refunded but would have fathered been met with a smile and a clean ready room. Never ever ever will book with Extended Stay anywhere in this world or life.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was large and well maintained. The breakfast was 7 dollars per person which was ridiculous to me considering it wasn’t any better if not worse than a complimentary one from other hotels.
Breakfast was not served during our stay. We were told by staff that the hotel did serve breakfast over the weekend, which was one of the attractions for my wife and me. The room and the bathroom even though they both had some wear and tear on it actually was comfortable and nice.
The location was great, the breakfast was ok if you eat sausage and pancakes. Need more options could offer instant grits just like the oatmeal. Fruitloop cereal change the breakfast up daily. Great shopping areas near the hotel
The location seemed far away but it's not, right next to a highway. It's away from prying eyes and never did I feel unsafe for my car (just bought a new car). The hotel was cleaned although the hallways were not as clean.
The location was good. The staff were friendly. It seemed like they were either doing renovations or had done renovations and didn't finish. The hotel was not as nice as I had hoped.
