The location is excellent, we felt really safe walking around at night , in fact I recommend it. The streets are full of music and there is a lovely family vibe. Must see the fountains too.
Vagabond Inn is wonderful, soo comfy, slept better than at home. Room had wifi,fridge,iron,hairdryer and you can buy bits to eat and drink at reception.

I like the location however the hotel room was dirty and smelled awful. The staff was disrespectful and rude. We asked for towels since we were there for 4 nights and they told us they didn’t have any and to reuse the ones we had. They also did not provide toilet paper or give us our refund back. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The bathroom was dirty and impossible to use to get clean. I am extremely unsatisfied with this stay and would like my money back for the unsafe conditions, there was no smoke detector in the room and electrical wires were coming out and loose. Very dangerous and unsafe. The walls were not soundproof and we could hear the staff complaining about us and also looking through the peephole in the door splaying on us. Terrible stay would t not recommend

Glendale is a lovely community filled with businesses, retail shops, restaurants and an impressive shopping mall. The main road through the heart of town is four lanes wide and traffic moves well. I really enjoyed my time there.

The hotel staff was polite and informative, parking was good, I didn't have to worry about my car being broken into and I feel this is important for other travelers to know, it does cost to park bit it is in line with other la hotels. We like other hotel chains that offer free breakfast, this hotel did not offer free breakfast. I can't stress this enough, but the bed situation ruined it for us we have a family of 4 and were not comfy at all in the beds. I am sure if it was just 2 of us in a king my review would have been 10/10.

Glendale is the place to stay at if you’re going to...
Glendale is the place to stay at if you’re going to Universal or the Rose bowl. its in the middle of both places. We went to a concert at the Rose Bowl and the hotels there where very expensive because of the event so we stayed in Glendale and it was awesome, clean, convenient and safe. We stayed across the street from the Americana mall and it’s beautiful, lots of restaurants and designer stores (gucci, Tiffanys, YSL)

We loved Glendale ! Vert clean and upmarket...lots if lovely bars,cafes,shops,cinemas...something for evety age....
There were fountains and piped music which added to the ambience whilst relaxing drinking a coffee...
Galleria shopping mall packed with excellent shops was nearby...also a Target so handy for last minute items...
Glendale is a definite must visit option...

Went there for work. Not impressed. Glendale is old, busted, and trampled. Wouldn’t have gone if not for the job. Can’t recommend any place to eat. No favourite place in Glendale except the freeway onramp out of town. Difficult to get around and I would avoid Glendale in the future.
This hotel has a lot of character. It has a very vintage feel to it. I love all of the vintage decorations and memorabilia! The Pop Tarts and coffee for breakfast went along very well with the character of the hotel, which is mid to later 20th century. The location to Universal Studios Hollywood was very good! The free parking was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.
We booked at the last minute, I highly recommend it! Kind, polite, quick-responding host, clean and tidy accommodation, it was very comfortable. Thank you for the experience! Glendale is amazing!
Lovely spacious room, the pull out sofa was comfortable for the young one. Nice pool and good breakfast. The location is very handy for eating and shopping in Glendale and safe at nighttime.
The location was good except for a few homeless people near by. Otherwise it was a good location and the hotel was comfortable. I would come back again as I slept well there.
