The room size was perfect. Bedding was super comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Loved that check out was at noon, unlike many other hotels that require you to check out by 11am. Overall great experience for the price. I will definitely be coming back for another stay!

It made your hotel rooms looks cheap. This is not a hotel it’s a MOTEL.It’s just soo bad. I would not recommend this place at all.

Would not recommend because the place was dirty hallways my bathroom doors wouldn’t lock and the outside of the parking lot doors they’re always left open so you wouldn’t need a key to get in so that’s not safe I would not recommend this to anybody

I loved the staff of the hotel but Booking.com needs to learn how to truly take care of their customers and not hanging up on them is a great start. I called 3 times had to wait on hold for almost an hour for each call and only the 1st man I spoke to helped me the rest were rude and need to be fired or disciplined by paying my 3 night stay back to me. Trying to blame the hotel for your mistakes is a disgrace it's your job to research the properties that your advertising to insure your companies integrity is in tact....
I've stayed at this Ramada several times. It's very conveniently located: close to the interstate, far enough away from downtown where I can still move around (and pop in Target or Walmart) while still having free parking and free breakfast. There is some of the typical Chicago traffic during rush hour, but the traffic is also lower than right by the airport hotels. It's a great value, and I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't need to be within walking distance of the tourist locations downtown.
Easy to reach from the airport by car and then to go downtown into Chicago it was easy from one of the local train stations. This worked well for us, so if you want good 'value for money' accommodation then you won't go wrong with this hotel.
Breakfast was very good for this type of hotel. Plenty to choose from, cooked on site and more than sufficient to start your day!
This was a transit hotel on a roadtrip heading west, picked to get to through Chicagoland before stopping for the night. Booked it at 5pm, arrived at 10pm, out of there by 9am. Got the job done, with coffee in-room and an unexpected, cheap breakfast included.
The room was clean and spacious.
The towels were good.
Mattress was wonderful.
The temperature in the room was perfect, not like other hotels with a cold room in the middle of Chicago winter!
The warm buffet breakfast was delicious.
The hotel was close to a major expressway it was easy to commute to and from different locations... There was several food places within a 5 min drive from the hotel and a variety of choices. And the hotel was very clean
