We came to the hotel from a friend's place in West Chester.

We came to the hotel from a friend's place in West Chester. Driving south on 202 on the way, we saw the hotel from the hwy. But coming north later, we did not find an expected exit for PA-30 east; after passing the hotel, there was an exit for another route (forget the #) that said something like "To PA-30 West." So we figured, get to 30 West, then turn around and we'll be on 30 East, but we ended up being pulled further away from the hotel without seeing PA-30. At some point, we turned onto a street that went past a commuter rail station, kept going, making twists and turns till we somehow came upon West Lancaster Ave., turned east and traveled for 20-30 min till we reached the hotel.

The lobby is dark, tired, and depressing.

The lobby is dark, tired, and depressing. The night clerk when we arrived at 10 pm was on a personal phone call in a back room for 10 minutes. When he finally came out he spent 5 minutes with another customer who wanted to help a homeless couple in the parking lot get a room. Finally, I checked in but this guy was generally rude and unprofessional. The room was old and dirty looking. I will not be coming back here.

We came for QVC. It was close and convenient.

We came for QVC. It was close and convenient. We ended up going to Philadelphia, and to Peddlers Village, which was less than an hour away. We ate at a great restaurant in Malvern, about 5 minutes away. Very good.

First let me say that anyone that posts a bad review of this hotel is either lying or has totally unrealistic expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Do expect a mattress on the firm side. The desk staff were all extremely personable. There is coffee in the lobby all day/evening....maybe even overnight. Breakfast was more extensive than I expected...they even have make your own waffles. The bathroom was awesome and the shower was to die for! I would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel was super clean and smelled fresh. The staff were all nice from front desk, doorman, maintenance, housekeeping, to the older gentleman that kept the indoor pool area clean and had patience with all the kids at the pool last night. The rooms were nice! The bed and pillows were top quality and comfy!! Hallways were quiet and staff and guests were respectful. Could see highway traffic but couldn’t hear it once inside. Outback was right next door.

The breakfast was too expensive. We had just a toast and coffee because we are not big eaters. The pillow was too soft. The bed needs to change. It was squeaky on every turn. Hotel staff was excellent.

Breakfast was wonderful. Slightly different every day. Two waffle irons so you could make one big one or four smaller ones. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great room. The whole hotel was clean.

Breakfast was exceptional ! Especially when most hotels don’t spend money to accommodate their guests using the pandemic as an excuse for not spending any extra money.
