Nice clean area the further you get away from Jackson. Good inexpensive restuarants in the area, easy access to I55 and I20. It is an area that is spread out, so bring a navigator with you and be sure to write down address before you head out in a car. We gave Garmin the address to a restaurant and she missed it a couple times. How I love to circle. Business on the main drag are off the road and not all of them are connected to a intersecting road.

The place was dirty and smelly.
The place was dirty and smelly. A/c cut off in the middle of night. Floors were slick and dirty. Beds and pillows were like stone. One bed had hairs in it, 1 had blood stains on sheets. Next to very noisy highway

However if you pay with a debit card, you will be charged an extra fee, and they will hold at least $100.00. They are very slow about releasing the $100 charge when you check out. None of this info is on their website. It states on the website that they take credit cards and debit cards but does not give the policy of holding funds if paying with a debit card. This kept our trip from being a really good experience

Reserved on May 11 2022 for May 14th. Got to hotel at 2pm 5/14/2022 & noticed plastic on the walls with scrap materials & big dumpsters. Told front desk clerk shawnda me & friend were there for the pool she never said it was closed & proceeded to run my card. I asked again about the pool conditions then she tells me it was closed! Acted unprofessional & rude when I asked her why she did not tell me before she ran my card.! She said I should have called first to find out & it is on website. I pulled up website on my phone & asked her to show me but after going back & forth scrolling & not finding it she handed my phone back & again told me I should have called first! Then tells me to dispute the charge.I requested a manager but she told us nobody was available! We never unpacked our bags & did NOT stay at this hotel on 5/14/2022!! We went to another hotel & rented another room! This is the second time I have been very disappointed at this hotel & will not give A third chance! The last time I stayed there( again for the pool!) a group of people backed up their truck to the outside entrance gate to the pool & fired up a BBQ grill & had a cooler full of beer along with blaring loud music!! They told me they did it all the time for pool parties & offered me a beer! I went to my room early that last time! Never again!!

I enjoyed America's Best Inn because of the location, cleanliness, and the friendly staff. I had a hard time navigating the remote control for the television, the toilet was too low to the floor (bad knees), and the pillows were flat.

I didn’t like the Hilton Garden Inn at all!
I didn’t like the Hilton Garden Inn at all! Upon arrival I get into my room and to my surprise there was not an tissue in the bathroom at all! I was highly disappointed! There are signs all over the building to wear masks and most people just ignore the signs! The hotel room was not clean enough and they charge you for breakfast and once you get there the only breakfast you have is given to you in a box! My last visit there! Will not be going back to the Hilton Garden Inn!

Owner was very welcoming, called us by name, when we asked about a car wash facility to vacuum rental car, he
had his carpet cleaner come do it for us.
Disabled room had several bars to hold on to in the shower, a seat in the tub, and a higher toilet seat. we stayed several nights in a Ridgeland hotel and they had none of these.
This is a very basic hotel, very good location and price. Older hotel but decent. They are going through a renovation. Clean room nice staff no breakfast served. Has a clean basic workout room, ice machine, washer, dryer, pool and snack bar for a fee. If you are working in the area or just need an affordable place to stay I recommend this hotel.
The lady who greeted us in reception (and I'm sad that I cant remember her name) was so very friendly, helpful and genuine. nothing was too much trouble for her. we checked in on the 20th September in the evening after 6pm, Managers, please look her us, she's a keeper !!! The hotel was spotless, the room was large, clean and very comfortable.
Value for price paid. Safe location. Good curb appeal. Helpful staff. Calm place. No drama. A little breakfast available which I need before taking morning meds. Nice large room refrigerator. Decaf coffee was available for in room use which is rare at economy hotels. Convenient and plentiful electric outlets.
The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, the indoor pool was a nice size and heated ( we loved that). The hot breakfast was really good. And the staff was phenomenal. Probably the best hotel I've stayed in
The hotel was updated (paint, etc.). Our room was big and had plenty of room in our King Suite. The hotel staff was nice and welcoming. The hotel was also close to many places to eat and attractions.
I love how clean the inside is as well as the stunning outside appearance! I give this hotel a 5-star rating because the staff are very friendly, and I love the amenities that they have to offer!
The affordable pricing of the nightly stay is very reasonable in comparison to other hotel chains. Parking for boat trailers, and the convenience to local restaurants and the lake.

Cold food was fine. Once the check-in clerk saw the amount of luggage we had, he gave us a 1st floor room because this hotel has no elevator. Everything was clean.
Room was very comfortable, layout of the hotel was logical and accessible, swimming pool looked inviting, desk staffed seemed accommodating and eager to please.
I like the size of the rooms. The price is excellent and the hotel is centrally located from everywhere. My family and I stay there on weekends due to my job.
great experience with front desk. The woman who cooks the breakfast was also mopping the front lobby when we arrived. she takes such great care for that hotel!
