Terrible hotel, had to walk outside of build a ways to get to lobby for assistants , gym , breakfast etc . Only nice thing about the entire experience was that it had a nice comfy bed .

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities.
The hotel's location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

NO WASH CLOTHES SMELL OF MARIJUANA, POOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED FOR 3 OVER NIGHT VALET WHEN ONLY STAYING TWO NIGHTS ICE NOT WORKING ON 3RD FLOOR ALSO WHEN SHOWING MORE WATER ON THE FLOOR THAN GOING DOWN THE DRAIN THAT I SLIP AND FELL. There is nothing absolutely nothing in Jackson Mississippi to see except for a lot of abandon homes and the side streets are like a disaster zone.. however, the people are friendly but you definitely can expect tension in; people on both sides being racist.

They did not have a reservation for us, but charged my credit card for $44.01. The manager was talking to some people who were renting a room on a full time basis.
I tried to give him the confirmation number and he informed me again that he did not have a reservation for us and to leave.
If I had read the reviews on this nasty place, I certainly would not have given it a second look.
I believe I deserve a refund since he would not even talk to me or try to look up the confirmation number.

The people are extremely friendly, West Jackson was a little rough looking and the roads are in need of repair. Not somewhere I'd stay if visiting again. Maybe in the center of town or downtown area would be more ecstatically appeasing. overall, it is worth a visit or second visit.
The location was good but the sat nav takes you to the wrong address I had in car and tom-tom both took me to wrong location.A local told me the directions but said I had the right postcode but it covered a new build area and was a common problem for delivery trucks. But once we found it it was a good location and hotel was fine. We set off early next morning so didn't get much chance to explore what the hotel had to offer but there was plenty of food outlets around.
Nice boutique hotel located very close to the excellent Civil Rights Museum and within waling distance (less than a mile) of several good restaurants in the historic Belhaven neighborhood. Large comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again if my travels bring me back to Jackson.
The staff was welcoming Amber and Latoya at the front desk so nice and so informative no matter question they had the answer…. Housekeeping was amazing especially the housekeeping manager I had left the room for the room for the final time I left behind bag that supervisor came running just to personally make sure I receive my bag… Really enjoyed this hotel
I like having an entire two bedroom apartment for the same price as a double Queen hotel room. It is 5 mins from Jackson State University which was great. The area is old and kind of rough looking but it didn’t bother us we felt safe with the security features provided. The apartment was very clean and nice I have no complaints
This hotel is located in not the best area. Homeless people hangs out front. No coffee or breakfast. Horrible rooms and floors. If you want cheap and have to fight roaches then this is the place for you. I need a full refund because roaches were on the bed walls and in bathroom. Worst stay I've had visiting my home town.
Staff was very friendly. The location was great. We booked this room due to my infant having surgery at the nearby hospital and it only took us 8 mins to get to the hospital from the hotel. If ever we are back in that area again I will book with this hotel.
Brittany greeted us with such enthusiasm, she was awesome! Room was quiet, clean and easily accessible. We loved that the parking was gated and monitored. Easy off and on to the interstate from this location. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m Jackson!
Hilton is the best quality value in North Jackson...we all wish for upgrading and upkeep improvements. Breakfast is always good but it's not what it was a few years ago.
Hopefully management will do what it takes to keep this hotel as a benchmark.
I didn't get the room because when I paid online I get to the hotel and it was a sign at the front desk and that there was no occupancy so I ended up not getting any room
Excellent stay. Great staff! Clean room. Comfortable beds. Great location! Restaurants and fast foods within 10 minutes. Will be my place to stay when in Jackson 🙌
Breakfast was great my family and I enjoyed the eggs and sausage along with the hot coffee and toast everything about this hotel was above and beyond perfect
