I really appreciated the fact that there was a shuttle, so kudos! The hotel was quiet enough and my room was clean and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a Portillo's restaurant and a McDonald's. Breakfast in the morning was great! I was terribly exhausted from a long flight so I was able to rest well here.

it is close to the airport and could be an attractive property but there is a location fee, the property is not updated, and many things like a fitness center, restaurant or swimming pool are not very inviting

Excellent hotel, quality price value is fair.
Excellent hotel, quality price value is fair. The reception and maintenance staff are all very friendly and attentive... My trip was to rest and we made it there, we could sleep late because there were no annoying noises and no people making a scandal in the corridors. We were able to enjoy our walks in the very pleasant pool area. Right next door there is a restaurant with very affordable food and drinks and good food, excellent for having a good time too... The hotel also has transportation service to the airport... The next time I return to Chicago I will stay again there and I highly recommend it to other travelers, it is a very quiet and comfortable hotel for executives, families, couples, etc.

Hotel was not bad, clean, place smelled good, quiet, basic room no frills just good for short time stay. Would not stay there for a long stay since there was no fridge or microwave in room. But definitely a two or two night stay hotel

I had reserved a suite. I told them I had small dog. The description of the facility did not say anything about a pet fee. When we checked in I was charged a $50 pet fee. I think that was to much for one small dog for one night. We are staying at Best Western and the pet fee is $15. Very reasonable. Also because of having a pet they removed me from the King Size Suite to a smaller room. The elevator was a hassle to use. Very slow moving and long waits use it. Our parking was a long walk .

We arrived for breakfast, seated ourselves. We waited 10 minutes before our server came over to tell us the Chef just went on break and would not be back for 30 minutes. We had to leave. There was a used dirty towel in our bathroom. There was no ironing board in the room. The TV in the living room did not work. The The AC could not keep the guest sleeping area cool.

I appreciated all of the natural light, and the pillows were so soft! Wifi was also much faster than expected. I chose this Sheraton because the cost of the hotel near our convention center was very pricey, and this place definitely seemed to be the best bang for our buck without being too far away from the convention center. This Sheraton is also very close to Mitsuwa Marketplace, which is an Authentic Japanese marketplace with lots of very neat foods, snacks and drinks! Totally recommend stopping there :)
When I first went into the hotel, my first impression was one of awe. Beautifully decorated, the air of sophistication and trendy..I knew I would like the rest.
My room was immaculate, peaceful even. The bed was a king, and it was one of those beds where you sink into bliss. The three nights I was there, I had uninterrupted sleep..a big win for me because I can't sleep. The staff was friendly and courteous.
I did not go to the restaurant on site, but it smelled wonderful.
all of the staff at this location were great but Bob truly did stand out and went above and beyond any individual I’ve ever dealt with in the hotel industry and I do a lot of traveling and staying in a lot of hotels! He truly is a fantastic employee and truly deserves a raise if it was up to me I’d give him $1 million a year! Beautiful property a lot of sunshine in the lobby, awesome awesome restaurant with fantastic food and really great drinks. Highly recommend!
At first, I wondered if I had booked a not so great hotel. It was a hotel for people who work construction jobs that travel. But once I got used to the people and the staff, I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very polite and kind. My room was comfy as was my bed. I was there to have my brother's funeral. I was in and out with all the arrangements that had to be made and the hotel was a good refuge until my family had all come in.
the hotels shuttle was very handy and free to and from the airport ! the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms are excellent. there is a subway and steakhouse less than 5 min walk and there are some take out menus if you want to order to your hotel room.
The young lady preparing breakfast was awesome...friendly and bussed tables quickly foe guests who didnt clean up after themselves...She gets 5 stars...i hope she is working next time time i stay at your hotel!
Transfer from the airport included. There were some restaurants,cafes close to the hotel. Very comfortable cosy rooms nicely designed. Comfortable beds. Fridge, coffee machine were very helpful.
This hotel was so run down and disgusting I didn't check in and I'm doing a charge back with my bank. This place is DISGUSTING and no one should ever have to sleep there let alone PAY!
