The friendliness of the staff was amazing and they were so accommodating. We dined in the restaurant located on the lower lever. Although the menu was small ( not a lot to choose from) the food was good and so was the drinks.

Not a long drive from Chicago, which was very nice. I loved Ellie's Pancake House for breakfast. It's very nice and safe and has a nice vibe to it. Easy locations for gas stations and other shopping places.

Manager was very rude and I'm shocked by her behavior towards me and my wife especially in front of our son. I definitely won't be coming back!
The location is not good. There's only a Wendy's in the same parking lot. There's a gas station down the road but that road is not good for walking especially if u have kids. No side walks and the hotels out the way off the beaten path

I I research my room online I did not have to pay it said I will pay personally when I got there I never showed up because that was the wrong location that I wanna I wanted. I went to elk Grove Village actually and they still charge me for the room even if I was not in even there, they told me they will not charge my card until I went and physically paid. Worst thing ever so I basically payed for a room I ddnt stay at! Don’t believe what they say online!!
The food options were good. We were happy for the hours of the market to get sandwiches and fruit and drinks, along with great coffee in the morning. The public areas were clean and attractive. This is a place where you stay to be on-site for a big event, but not a place to stay if you want an updated, nice room with modern touches. The convenience of staying at the event wins.
The location and room were great. Very spacious room and comfortable bed and sofa. Nice sink and fridge area. I also liked that there was a desk to do work at. The staff was very nice when I interacted with them.
Clean, large and rooms were very comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast were amazing. I requested a crib and it was ready when we came into our rooms. Kids loved the pool and gym area.
A couple of things were wrong,the tv didn’t work we had to call someone.the pool doesn’t even belong to the hotel. You have to reserve it I don’t like that at all.
