Private place, surrounded by a wooden fence, In a convenient location within walking distance to stores. Very clean inside and out! Outside grill and kitchen, smart TV, and board games. The host thought of everything. Good communication, although we never met.
The price of the hotel. I’m saying this cause I live in Miami and I know the area. Where the property is at and it’s not a very good area. The only plus side of the hotel being where it’s at if you run into any problems the police station is right in front. So the police will get to you just incase something were to happen to you. That’s about it. Also they just started to charge to park your car in there parking area. Also there is no reinsurance that your car will be safe there too.

They cancel the reservation and gave the room to someone else. I went to the property and asked for the room, they said they cancelled and gave it to someone else as my credit card had an issue. I was driving the entire day and at 11:00 I reached the hotel and they said the gave the room to someone else. My family was very tired and around mid night I had to find another hotel. Very disappointed.
It was basic, cheap and cheerful, the staff were friendly the room was clean and tidy. It has a real motel vibe and I felt safe and secure while in the hotel I loved that you had to go by the reception to access the rooms and the lift would only allow you to access the floor your key was linked to.
Walked in seen so many crack heads and ppl smoking drugs the hotel looks like it’s for a homeless shelter it smells the view is nasty and the guess have no respect for the youth or anybody there it looks like your gonna fall over the rails on each floor it look so dangerous and unhealthy there

The house is perfect for family reunions .Very comfortable for people of all ages 95 to 3.
The outdoor is so comfortable and with different areas.Inside has a great distribution and is very well furnished.
The kitchen is very comfortable .Brand new appliances
The room was clean and the bed was comfy, good AC. The location is near several restaurants and a mall, right off the highway so easy to get to. Plenty of parking behind a gate. Can't beat the price to quality ratio for being close enough to Miami.
Once we got to the hotel we asked to reduce the booking by a few days without any problems. spacious room, working and clean bathroom. working pool. area served by public transport and convenient with motorway connections
