My name is Wen. On March 30st, I forgot retrieve my ID at this hotel when l checked out .Thanks to them for faxed a copy of my ID to the next hotel where I checked in the next day, and promising to send my ID card to my home address. The Postage is paid for by me. But 10 days have passed and I haven't received it. If they are too busy to send my ID back, I hope they will send me a photo of the sealed ID in the mail to make a sure that I don't have to worry about the security of my identity in the future. I hope I can get their response, it's my fault for forgetting the ID. I had to apply for a new ID.

We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express in Crystal River and it was really nice and very clean! We did two different Tours during our stay. The first was a swim with manatees tour. I booked it with Explorida and they were amazing! On our tour we had Gavin and Gloria, they were truly amazing at what they do. You can tell they can about the animals and want to keep everyone safe.
The second was an air boat tour in Homosassa. Which is about 20 minutes south of Crystal river. The boat ride was beautiful and we got to see dolphins!
Overall the trip was a lot of fun and would Highly recommend!

Beautiful area, with a lot to explore.
Beautiful area, with a lot to explore. My schedule only allowed 1/2 day. I would recommend visiting mid-week, NOT during Spring break. I rented a kayak for 3 hours from Hunter Springs Kayaks (highly recommend them!), with the intention of swimming with manatees. I only saw 1 manatee while swimming, plus a couple more from the kayak, since it was late in the season for seeing manatees. Next time I'll plan on visiting earlier in the season, midweek

Crystal River is an adorable little beach town full of nature loving people, artists, veterans, and retirees. We had a wonderful time there snorkeling with manatees, boating, kayaking, and exploring Heritage Village. Highly recommended for a long weekend trip.

Three sisters spring was very nice saw a lot of manatees and the trails were nice. Parking was limited. Kayak rental was pricey and not worth it. We did see manatees but the bay was crowded the water murky until you got near the springs. Would not recommend kayaking in the bay and channels. There are much better places to kayak . If you love seafood eat at the Crab Plant. Casual dining with great food and a big variety of fresh caught seafood.

Crystal River is the most beautiful little town we have ever visited. Everything is manatee-themed, even down to some of the streetlights! There are lots of things to do, especially if you love nature and wildlife. Scalloping, hiking, swimming with manatees, and kayaking just to name a few. There are also lots of great dining options available, especially the seafood! It is a cultural hotspot as well, with lots of murals, galleries, museums, and historical sites to see. We will definitely be back and hope to stay longer next time.
Absolutely everything.
I do travel a lot, and this is the best place I’ve ever been. Crystal River is amazing and what you need is to have this house with its private dock in the garden.
We could go kayaking everyday to explore the area, we discovered the neighborhood thanks to the bikes…
Everything was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable too, and we got the chance to enjoy the sun in the garden.
Without any doubt, just go to this place if you want to spend the best time in Crystal River.
Tina and Bob were super friendly and cared a lot and had great Recommendations in and around crystal river. A welcomed surprise was the super comfortable and adjustable Bed. The Breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. Overall the Hotel is super clean and feels like home! We also like to mention, that the whole Hotel and Facilities seems to be accessible. Overall we had a wonderful time and can totally recommend it!
Wonderful B&B by the water with kayaks to explore the area. Thematic and beautiful rooms with all amenities and gourmet coffee, outstanding tasty breakfast and best of all the most fantastic hosts. Beautiful views and sunrise from the veranda. We loved every minute and felt at home the minute we arrived.
Considering I booked this place last minute after an awful experience at the Plantation Hotel, this hotel was such a breath of fresh air - clean, felt new, friendly service, still central to everything needed.... ah. Would highly recommend this place if going to crystal river for manatee excursions
Situation is stunning and the faciities were good that are on offer particularly the sightseeing on the water by kayak, boat, etc. Good live music in the bar area in the evening. For us, especially Thursday evenings. Staff were helpful. The one dinner we had in the resort was good.
A very charming hotel! Very clean and modern rooms. Beautiful patio areas. Location is great. King Bay park is right behind it and short ealk to Hunter Spring, downtown shopping and restaurants. Nightly delivery of pastries was wonderful!
As an avid traveler, this was one of a very few hotels where the manager came around the breakfast area each morning, chatting and ensuring all was well. I watched as he even brought napkins to a table. kudos to this facilities team!
Front desk was very helpful and nice. I had asked when I reserved room which building was best to be near water and our room was right on water! Thanks for that. My husband cannot walk well and didn't have to. Loved grill area.
This was our 3rd stay at The Port Hotel and Marina. The location is everything here. We could sit on our patio and watch the manatees all day in Kings Bay. The views of the Bay here are the best I've ever seen. Love it!!!
Was great for scallops seasoned. It was nice to have a boat ramp next to the hotel it’s easy to get to the main channel. Very pet friendly. Also nice that the Denny’s connected to the hotel.
Clean and comfortable room with excellent shower. The breakfast room and lounge with breakfast supplies, water, ice etc were great. The hotel is ideally situated in the town.
Nice peaceful little hotel, quite good breakfast, parking outside the hotel and a walking distance to restaurants etc. Gas station, fast food and CVS also close by.
Great location! It’s right on the water for plenty of bird watching or activities, and it’s walking distance to Three Sisters Springs. The staff was very friendly.
Teresa and Daniel were terrific hosts. The gourmet breakfast was world-class terrific. The room had TLC and interesting decore. Lovely quit spot on the water.
