My name is Wen. On March 30st, I forgot retrieve my ID at this hotel when l checked out .Thanks to them for faxed a copy of my ID to the next hotel where I checked in the next day, and promising to send my ID card to my home address. The Postage is paid for by me. But 10 days have passed and I haven't received it. If they are too busy to send my ID back, I hope they will send me a photo of the sealed ID in the mail to make a sure that I don't have to worry about the security of my identity in the future. I hope I can get their response, it's my fault for forgetting the ID. I had to apply for a new ID.

Beautiful area, with a lot to explore.
Beautiful area, with a lot to explore. My schedule only allowed 1/2 day. I would recommend visiting mid-week, NOT during Spring break. I rented a kayak for 3 hours from Hunter Springs Kayaks (highly recommend them!), with the intention of swimming with manatees. I only saw 1 manatee while swimming, plus a couple more from the kayak, since it was late in the season for seeing manatees. Next time I'll plan on visiting earlier in the season, midweek

Crystal River is an adorable little beach town full of nature loving people, artists, veterans, and retirees. We had a wonderful time there snorkeling with manatees, boating, kayaking, and exploring Heritage Village. Highly recommended for a long weekend trip.

Three sisters spring was very nice saw a lot of manatees and the trails were nice. Parking was limited. Kayak rental was pricey and not worth it. We did see manatees but the bay was crowded the water murky until you got near the springs. Would not recommend kayaking in the bay and channels. There are much better places to kayak . If you love seafood eat at the Crab Plant. Casual dining with great food and a big variety of fresh caught seafood.

Crystal River is the most beautiful little town we have ever visited. Everything is manatee-themed, even down to some of the streetlights! There are lots of things to do, especially if you love nature and wildlife. Scalloping, hiking, swimming with manatees, and kayaking just to name a few. There are also lots of great dining options available, especially the seafood! It is a cultural hotspot as well, with lots of murals, galleries, museums, and historical sites to see. We will definitely be back and hope to stay longer next time.

The best birthday vacation.
The best birthday vacation. Main goal was to snorkel with manatees. Was able to pack a lot of activities into each day since towns are so close together. The best place for outdoor activities and water activities. Lots of history. Many parks and trails for walking. hiking, or biking. The locals are so nice and engaging. They make you feel welcome, and the few times I drove anywhere I did not encounter impatient or rude drivers. They just move around you and ignore the pokey tourist. Such a nice place to visit and they make you feel safe there. And lots of fresh seafood!

First Hotel on our trip through Florida with a decent breakfast (hot and cold). We liked it!
We booked a room for 4 people with two queen size beds. The room was spacious, there was plenty of space for all of us including our luggage.
Coffee, coffee maker and microwave in the room, free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Enough parking space, everything just perfect.
Wonderful B&B by the water with kayaks to explore the area. Thematic and beautiful rooms with all amenities and gourmet coffee, outstanding tasty breakfast and best of all the most fantastic hosts. Beautiful views and sunrise from the veranda. We loved every minute and felt at home the minute we arrived.
Everything you’d expect from an Econolodge. A smoky cigarette haze to the room, a strong sewer smell in the bathroom, a squeaky bed & an inoperable ice machine.
But, the A/C was ice cold, the fridge was clean & working perfectly, the showers were nice & hot, and they are the best rate in Crystal River.
The staff at reception were amazing, they gave us all the local information we needed to get the best out of our visit to Crystal river. The accommodation, was clean, comfortable and well kept. The breakfast was simple, but more than enough to keep you going and it changed every day, which was nice.
Situation is stunning and the faciities were good that are on offer particularly the sightseeing on the water by kayak, boat, etc. Good live music in the bar area in the evening. For us, especially Thursday evenings. Staff were helpful. The one dinner we had in the resort was good.
The hotel was one of the better Holiday Inn expresses I've ever stayed in. The ladies at counter was pleasant and my 2 bedroom suite was just what I needed. I actually thought the hotel was brand new because of the ilook inside and out. People in the Lil town was just friendly.
This boutique hotel was centrally located, as I could walk to my manatee tour. The staff are really accommodating, and do their best for you to have a good visit to the area. The breakfast was great, with fresh fruit and freshly made eggs, bacon, etc.
Our arrival was greeted professionally but warmly. She gave us precious information about activities near by including the manatee reserve. The hotel is well situated with the boardwalk and waterway and 2 restaurants near by.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the owner Bob and the manager Tina were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Crystal River.
Was great for scallops seasoned. It was nice to have a boat ramp next to the hotel it’s easy to get to the main channel. Very pet friendly. Also nice that the Denny’s connected to the hotel.
Location is great, property is well maintained & right on the water, food is fantastic, boat tours available along with a boat launch which worked out great with our kayaks
Always great customer service a very clean and quiet hotel Hampton is the best chain as far as I'm concerned and a quick commute to all local vacation spots!
