Simple, clean, which is what is most important to me. The floor to my room was vinyl plank, which I much prefer to carpet (I think it's cleaner).
I only stayed for the night on my way elsewhere, but it was well located for me. There's a Tudor's Biscuit World nearby, and I love eating there everytime I pass through West VA.
The location was convenient and easy to access. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was an excellent selection of breakfast foods(fresh fruit, bagels, 2 types of bread for toast, biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, cooked apples with cinnamon, and this was just some of what was available) and it was fresh, hot, and good. We were very pleasantly surprised at this Hotel, and we will definitely stay again when we are in Charleston!
Girl at the desk was excellent in fulfilling my needs. She accommodated me with an upgrade on a room that was remarkable. This hotel has met my every need and more and I will surely recommend it to anyone headed this way.00
VERY clean and nice hotel. Pool in working order and not terribly cold. Easy location to get to. Breakfast was good but orange and apple juice machine was out of order.
