There are many great bars and restaurants some with happy hours. The beaches are powder white and go on for miles. Check out North beach and Sand Key.
Car is not really necessary if you eat out. Car is handy if you use supermarkets.
We stayed for a month and didn't want to leave.

They should clean up beach from all the Sea weed..
They should clean up beach from all the Sea weed..Other beaches in New Jersey have a ream that cleans the beach with truck & equipments to remove sea weed & trash cans in some places.so people have a place to put trash in.looks dirty.

Our accommodations were nice.
Our accommodations were nice. My only complaint was the loud construction sounds on both sides of the hotel. I would like to see them have a room/rooms available with small kitchenette as there was no restaraunt on site and no breakfast offered, no microwave in the room.

Having been to other places on the gulf coast I would rate Clearwater beach a long way behind the other places we have visited.The general vibe of the place was not very friendly,bar and restaurant staff bordering on rude(not all of course).Sorry Clearwater beach,we will not be returning any time soon.

This place we stayed "Michael's Surfside Cabanas" is not located in Clearwater Beach -- it is actually located in Redington Shores! I do think Booking.com needs to correct this on their site!

Clearwater andClearwater Beach are very clean and designed to be tourist friendly. Everyone was so helpful at our stay-been to Clearwater Beach three times now and plan on going again. The hotels are great and the trolly service is so convenient.. No need to have a car- easy to navigate by walking or trolly service

The location can't be beat. It is just across the street from the beach, next door to restaurants and even a McDonalds. A couple of blocks from the boat tours, beach rentals, etc. If you want to disconnect from the world this is the place: the internet didn't even reach the room, the TV didn't work, not a single channel, there was not phone in the room... :-) The queen bed was a double bed. It was clean and cheap compare to the other hotels nearby ( 150 Vs 400 ). The parking is super convenient if you arrive driving.

We stayed at the property as my parents were having their vow renewals on Clearwater Beach and the property was in walking distance to this.
the pools and rooms were very clean. The lady (I assume owner) was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We were sad to leave however will be booking to come here again for a few days next time.
I loved this Hotel, Great price and very comfortable at walking distance from the beach. I will definitely choose this hotel every time I visit Clearwater Beach. The staffing very nice, friendly and let me do an early check in I was able to enjoy the beach for more time. I recommend everyone to choose this Hotel is really good I love it 🥰 thank you all for the experience and service you guys provided
Excellent location, everything in within quick walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Building with junior suites overlooked pool , had small kitchenette and was only 2 floors with balconies that overlooked pool and street, would NOT have been happy with standard room, pay the extra snd get junior suite. Had a cool, Florida vibe, not large high rise hotels
The location is perfect for going anywhere on the beach. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. This is a hidden little gem. If you're looking for the old charm of Clearwater Beach look no further, you won't be disappointed. Stacey run a tight ship. She is always pleasant and truly cares about the needs of her guests!!
I loved that The Edge Hotel was within walking distance to all of the attractions, such as the beach, the restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, etc. We also loved how the pool overlooked the ocean. We could sit in the pool near the ocean, and watch the dolphins swim, large fish, and we even saw a shark!
Cute apartment. All the things you need in home is at your disposal. My husband enjoyed his birthday. It’s a beachfront hotel. We did not have a balcony but the beach was 100 feet away! Robert & Titiana thank you for all you done!! We will be renting out this hotel again.
The reception being outside the hotel was a bit inconvenient, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a little bit smaller, and there was no breakfast provided. However, there was a great café within walking distance, which made up for it.
.Beachfront. Very clean beach and pool area. Bar staff was great. Front desk very helpful. Would seriously recommend a broom in each room. The amount of sand thats brought in is irritating. If u fly in you cant bring a broom on a plane. Over all great stay.
The hotel was perfect location unfortunately that is about the only think the Hilton has going for it. I have never given my feedback on hotels before but I most definitely felt the need with this one.
Great location near good restaurants, 1 block from the beach, easy commute to Clearwater beach, 10min away from Publix, Walmart, etc. Condo was spacious. Room to park, nice swimming pool.
Room was very nice and we loved the location near the beach, shopping, restaurants. Service at the pool bar was excellent; and bartenders were friendly and accommodating to our requests.
