The single worst place I have stayed in the world.
This place has gone down hill. Shower was horrible tv didn't work toliet ran. Curtains wouldn't open towels were cheap and see through. Itsctoo bad because we have been going for years but not any more . We will go stay at the Aryes hotel

I liked the closeness and convenience to great places to eat and amenities around town. It was close to the sports complex where we were in town for a tournament. The pictures online make it look a little nicer than it actually is. None of the COVID protocols were followed including staff not wearing masks or social distancing or requiring public to wear masks indoors. Rooms and furniture were a bit outdated and worn or chipped and there were some marks on walls and stains on carpet which I couldn’t get over. The bathroom was large and clean and beds are comfy. We didn’t spend too much time in the rooms so it was okay. Needs actual fitness center. That was not accurate either. They had broken elliptical and one running treadmill and that was it. The prices were good and we went off of reviews which were mostly good. It worked for us since we had to stay for four days and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a hotel. They can definitely improve and make it more updates and cleaner. The service is not the friendliest and modify is there when you come in or out so it feels not so welcoming.

I recently visited Chino Hill CA. I booked a room in Hotel Chino Hills from January 24 -26. When I booked the room, I chose the option for breakfast included in that price but they didn't serve the breakfast. I already paid the amount including breakfast for four-person. When I asked the hotel staff, they said you booked your room via Booking.com so, you have to check with them. It's totally unbelievable and ridiculous.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly, bed was very comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean. Close to amenities, and next to freeway which I thought would bother but it didnt. Overall an excellent stay at a great hotel.
This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, and the hotel staff super nice and professional. The beds were large and soft. We went to the pool and it was clean and well stocked with towels and lounge chairs. They serve breakfast every day and it was great as well: hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausages, hardboiled eggs, mini muffins and cereal. They also had a spacious kitchenette area which we used extensively since we stayed several days.
The hotel needs immediate upgrade. Booked this hotel because the photos on web made it seemed like a decent hotel. Pictures can be deceiving! Pool area was disgusting, rooms head boards and furniture had wear and tear. House keepers need to pay attention on their cleaning. Overall management needs to focus more on these issues and the activities that go on at this hotel. Definitely poor management 😕
Nice suspicious room in a house. The host is exceptionally nice and friendly. The house & the room is very clean. The location of the property is in a great and safe area in chino Hills as for me traveling solo it was excellent and met my needs.
The breakfast buffet that was provided was very limited.
Chunks of scrambled eggs and small squares of potatoes… they had waffles and bread to toast … the drinks were fine … no sausages or bacon. Few fruits!

It’s so much better than similar condo in Orange County but at half of the price. It’s a quite neighborhood with a great snow Mountain View . Also a great room actually better than three star hotel room.
