The property was lovely and clean. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but we had ear plugs so it was no bother. The shower was huge and modern.

I was not happy that the person who checked me in forgot to tell me that you must swipe your room key in the elevator to go to your floor. As a result I was stuck in the elevator and freaked out until the door finally opened and I realized I had to swipe the key. This is very important to tell hotel guests Prior to them using the elevator.

I liked the room most because it was spacious and newly renovated and clean.
I didn't like the free breakfast because it consisted only of bread and pastries which seemed old, not fresh. Also, coffee didn't taste good.
I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and well kept the hotel was. If we have to go back to San Fernando Valley we would stay here again, It was nice to have the bowling alley there for the kids, they had a great time.
This is my third time at this hotel in 3 years, and I am glad to say that it is still the best choice if you are staying in the area. Pandemic did not affect its service. Will continue to stay there in the future.
Great hotel: very clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast. The location is also ideal if you're travelling by car (The Orange Metro Line station is rather close though!). Lovely amenities too!
I had a NCIS appointment and therefor found this to be the closest hotel-the distance was important. The room was clean, though the use of a very strong disinfectant had me sneeze.
Very comfortable room with many channels and huge bed! Also very quiet. No weird guests walking in parking lot like a lot of hotels. Also the guys at the desk are cool.
