The location is good on the northwest outskirts of Los Angeles, and is in a nice neighbourhood. The included WiFi is good. The included shower gel and shampoo is good. The USB socket by the bed is good for phone charging. Almost opposite is a good restaurant called The Six.

The property was lovely and clean. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but we had ear plugs so it was no bother. The shower was huge and modern.

I was not happy that the person who checked me in forgot to tell me that you must swipe your room key in the elevator to go to your floor. As a result I was stuck in the elevator and freaked out until the door finally opened and I realized I had to swipe the key. This is very important to tell hotel guests Prior to them using the elevator.

We spent two nights here and used it as a base to explore Santa Monica and L.A. - a bit off though but of course a lot cheaper than the hotels on the other side of the mountain. The general neighborhood of the hotel was okay, nothing special. We didn't have any time to test the pool unfortunately.

I just want to commend the front desk person. The original room given to us had a bathroom issue. I called the front desk and explain the situation. Jakob immediately apologize for the inconvenience and gave us another room. This may be simple, but good customer service goes a long way. I will come back to this property again. The room is clean and the property is well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Very good value, clean and in a great location for gas, food and groceries. This hotel needs to upgrade the internet which was extremely slow. ON THE OTHER HAND it is within walking distance of a Starbucks which has great internet and a McDonald's which also has faster internet.

The location was just what we needed.
The location was just what we needed. The staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. The garden and public spaces were clean as was the pool though the water was cold (it was November!). There were kids swimming later and they were happy. We would stay there again.

We were concerned when we saw the hotel was next to a busy freeway, but we asked for a quiet room and heard no traffic noise. The area is nice with a wonderful seafood restaurant and a coffee shop within 1 1/2 blocks. The hotel was immaculate and the room was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay for convenience to the surrounding area. I was spending two days in the area visiting friends and having a spa treatment. The hotel is comfortable, safe, clean and reasonably priced. I would recommend it for a short stay. Although coffee was not provided in the room, nor was breakfast offered, there is a Starbucks and a McDonalds within yards of the hotel.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. My fiance and I just wanted to get away it was a last minute thing but extremely happy we chose the good nite inn. Rooms were clean, clean towels. Staff made sure we knew if we needed anything to let them know and they would be happy to assist us. We felt like home.
We originally asked for a first floor room, but on check in found we had been allocated a second floor room. The reception staff member changed things around to accommodate us.
Friendly staff. All the staff spoke to us if we passed them in the hotel corridor. The cleaner stopped vacuuming each time we went past, demonstrating a clear consideration for guests. Room was clean and modern.
The hotel is new. It has all the amenities you need. I really liked our room. Very modern and chic.
Gym could be bigger but given the hiking trails nearby, you could do a little bit of strength training and use the trails for the cardio aspect of it.
The restaurant is fine but there are restaurants in a 5 mile radius so that's not a problem either.
The location worked well for us.
Everything was great......but at that moment the Hotel was full and the room position I earned car noise and I'm extremely sensitive to sleep it's my condition. But the manager and the staff was admirable understanding about muy situation and they helped me 100%.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a small snack bar in the lobby and there was a small kitchen for a buffet style breakfast and dinner for a reasonable fee.

Quiet, clean and comfortable with very friendly, very helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location with shopping areas and restaurants in walking distance and larger shopping areas a short drive away. It’s close to major access routes and many hiking trails.
