Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The room was tired. Needs to be renovated. It was pretty clean, but felt less clean because of chips, deteriorating wallpaper and wood trim.

Incredible breakfast. Exceeded expectations in variety of options and made to order meals. Breakfast staff were superb. Loved the suite style rooms. The in-room amenities and design were everything I could want.

My stay was for one night -- Saturday to Sunday -- and traveled alone. My room was large enough, queen bed, and was clean. Signs of old worn furnishings (desk, dresser, and bathroom mirror) were noticeable, and oddly there was no artwork on the walls. I was disappointed after looking forward to a nice Sunday breakfast or brunch in the hotel restaurant, but only room service or takeout were available. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was perfect for my stay.

Boxboro is where I have family, which is my reason for going. I enjoy my time with them whether it is in the winter or summer. Small Massachusetts town and every bit New England. It’s nice to go home!

The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxed.
The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxed. Staff was very helpful and had a pleasant attitude. Restaurant meals were very good, especially the specials on Friday and Saturday.
Since the temperature was almost 100, we stayed in most of the time but we didn’t really mind because it was so pleasant.
