The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. the staff is very kind and helpful, this is really a strenght for me. The floors have levels that cannot be reached by lift, however the staff was helpful in carrying the suitcases to the floor and also very supportive in providing information. Amazing location next to Melrose, loads of nice stores to shop at and good scenery. Places accessible in walking distance which is nice. The suites were apartment style which we found unique. We would definitely stay here again. There is private parking but it does cost money. Very safe, doors lock at 10pm and you can only access property with your room key meaning no weird people can come into the property. The rooftop is beautiful. Very clean. There’s a makeup vanity. 2 tvs, one in living room and one in bedroom. Mini bar with fridge and freezer which is handy. It’s not your traditional hotel but I preferred this as it is affordable and has lots of amenities.
