I had steak it was very low grade. My son's salmon was undercooked. They remade and compensated us for that. Breakfast eggs had been sitting out and were dry at 8 am. Not good. Bacon was undercooked and sausage was also.

Location of this hotel is right off 294--EZ access on and off in either direction. The staff is friendly and professional and they care about your experience. Raul was very helpful with my room assignment given my need for quiet. The rooms are large, with a sitting area--this is standard. No daily housekeeping, so new towels or refills on coffee packets but the front desk is happy to provide. Daily breakfast was ample in offerings. Coffee always hot and fresh. Easy connectivity to wi-fi. I will be back.
I liked everything in this hotel. Everything was clean, neat, well stocked. The beds are comfortable and good pillows. The breakfast was good everyday. The whole staff was very nice and family oriented. The housekeeping staff were family as far as I could tell. The lobby is very comfy and the facilities were very well taken care off. The money I payed for the rooms was worth every penny. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
The hotel was exactly what we needed - a good value for the money. We stayed unexpectedly due to our daughter being at a tournament nearby, and advancing to the championship. We loved that the price was affordable, and the accommodations were more than adequate. The breakfast was very good as well! We were pleasantly surprised by the space, and fortunate to have chosen this. We have 4 kids, and the space accommodated them well.
The hotel room was clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. In the pool area there is a toddler corner for kids. I thought that was a neat feature for parents that have little children that maybe do not swim or are afraid of the water.
The only thing that went well about this hotel was the location. I needed to be close to a friend's house and outside of the city. I also often stayed at LaQuinta's because they didn't charge for dogs. As of May 1st it is now $25.
The desk staff were excellent, and the rooms were very clean. The standard of service for this hotel was well above average for comparable hotels. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
