It was clean and pet friendly and quiet hope to be back soon.
Nothing. I didn’t even stay at the hotel the room had roaches and the atmosphere was nothing like the pictures. I went to the front requested a refund the girl said I had to do it through booking.com so we left and called booking. com. Now nobody at the hotel knows nothing and they don’t want to refund me. If you ever experience something like that call booking.com right away don’t wait. It is less likely you will get a refund.
Worst hotel experience ever! Dirty, unhealthy, unsanitary conditions. Pictures on the app and online don’t match with what really looks like.
Please be aware of this hotel. Better find another one…
We did like the fact that we could take our pet outside without much hassle. I do wish they had a better area outside for our pets, though. The cleaning staff was very accommodating and friendly.
They canceled my reservation at the moment I arrived due to a power outage and they didn't solved my issue. It took me hrs to find another hotel and had to pay double.
