- Try the small resturant below the hotel run by 2 elderly women and 2 elderly men. Lovely traditional setting, excellent service and care and delicious food. When the credit card machine was searching for connection, the old man took the device outside the shop, waited few seconds..and bingo.. got it through, transaction passed. How lovely.

One of the best memorable moments I had with my family in this hotel. It feels like you are in paradise. A quiet city, not very far from Istanbul, perfect for families and couples who wants to relax and disconnect from the loudness of working/living in big cities. The restaurants along the lake are great, and of course, if you are in shape, do not hesitate to rent a bike and take a tour.

It’s cosy, right beside the lake, fabulous view from room, nice cafe and restaurant in the open area of hotel with the fantastic view of river, swimming pool is nice and garden is beautiful to take photos. We stayed in suite, quite small, sitting area in room is more looks office. Good place to relax. No sound and relaxing area.

As usual the location is exceptional, near the forest, and this why I usually select this hotel. Also, the reception WA very warm and staff was very friendly. When they knew that it was my birthday they expressed their wishes and upgraded my room. And I have received a birthday cake

The hotel was amazing, beautiful and super.
Its like your own home and it's near to Sapanca pool 5 mintes walking only. There Was balcony in our flat with two chairs and table it's nice to take breakfast in that one.
At night it's quite area no noises
For me I am planning to come back again in the same hotel in future.
It is an incredible nature beautiful farm, surrounded by beautiful forest and a lovely view of the lake. Moamer the owner is an incredible person they offered us a yummy breakfast and turkish tea and coffe from his wife is a no miss. The decision to leave the property to go anywhere was very hard to be taken!
The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, the house has so much atmosphere. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is really nice too.

The flat in Sapanca was an absolute delight to stay in. The calming atmosphere with the lake view was just what I needed. The backyard was a perfect spot to read a book and soak in nature's beauty.
