A quiet city, not very far from Istanbul, perfect for families and couples who wants to relax and disconnect from the loudness of working/living in big cities. The restaurants along the lake are great, and of course, if you are in shape, do not hesitate to rent a bike and take a tour.

It’s cosy, right beside the lake, fabulous view from room, nice cafe and restaurant in the open area of hotel with the fantastic view of river, swimming pool is nice and garden is beautiful to take photos. We stayed in suite, quite small, sitting area in room is more looks office. Good place to relax. No sound and relaxing area.

Friendly welcoming staff, great location just by the lake, we had a corner room with stunning view, outstanding spa facility with multiple types of sauna, steam baths and whirlpools.
Breakfast is amazing , a real turkish flavor at high level.
Bathroom was a bit small but very tidy , good quality shampoo and body gel, excellent water pressure and instant warm water, overall it is a nice place to stay in and relax.
Th design is unique. I like the fire pit and the jacuzzi. No one can see you when you are in the jacuzzi or enjoying the fire outside. The staff was very helpful and attentive to your requests. Unfortunately they don’t speak English but you can use Google translation. Location is about 20 mins from the town and lake. You need a car to go to town and to the restaurants
The villa arrangement, the garden and green area, multiple access to the villas and plenty of parking spaces, the staff are very welcoming and make you feel like you are a family member. I have to say that they are very responsive to the queries and requests. Overall, we as a family had a good experience and enjoyed our stay at Villa Kirkpinar in Sapanca.
Hotel is very Natural. Personal is very firendly. Receptionist is very help full. Breakfast and. Lunch delicious. You can listen to birds sounds in this facility. You can wake up with a wonderful view of nature and the lake. Room is wonderful bed and bathroom great. The Terrace is gorgeus. İt was great to have a barbeecue on the Terrace in the evening

The territory of the place is green, clean, full of different things for leisure, plants. Real feeling of luxury village. Everything is close: restaurants, lake, grocery. Property staff is very kind and attentive. Breakfast is great. Everything actually is perfect. Even they were flexible when we postponed check out.
Excellent location. The apartment was cool and welcoming. The hosts were extremely helpful and always available. 3 minutes from the lakefront with a good choice of places to eat. 5 minutes from the town and supermarkets and transport. A little shoo right beside the hotel made it easy to buy everything we needed.
The hotel and all facilities were really amazing , the rooms were clean , neat , spacious and the beds were very comfy.
The staff were very professional and helpful. I’d like to express my thanks to Yaren and Hasan for their help and getting the rooms connected.
