It was really nice staying in Adem’s apartment.
It was really nice staying in Adem’s apartment. A very large flat perfectly located right on mountain. You can't find a place closer to walk up to mountain so many discovering places to see. Apartment is very clean and spacious - great for the big company. Adem and his cousin was very friendly, hospitable and patient. I can really recommend Adem as a good host. I would definitely consider only Adem’s apartment for my next trips to Rize.
If you are looking to stay in the nature away from the hustle of city, then you have come to the right place. It’s such a beautifully made cabin bungalow with Mountain View’s every morning.
The property is equipped with everything you need. Literally everything from dishwasher to jacuzzi. Lovely place to unwind.☺️
Breakfast provided every morning is fresh and delicious to eat. The host of the bungalow is accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended for stay in Rize.☺️

It s rare when you meet a staff with a smile even during rush time. Personally I recommend this destination for anyone who wants to relax, chill and meditate. The location of the hotel and the breakfast view is another story, you feel that you don't want to leave.

Fantastic location between Rize and Ayder and near the rafting activities, with convenient proximity to RZV airport.
Rooms are air conditioned with magnificent river view.
You can get down in the river just beneath the place.
Unfortunately, the hotel service was zero, even the smallest thing such as the toilet paper was hard to provide. I think those who wish to donate their money to this hotel are a suitable place.
The Reception staff are kind but the breakfast restaurant and room service they need to be trained and to understand customer values.

The staff were amazing. When my rental car was playing up, they went over and above to help me. They contacted the rental company and came with me to the RIZE office to help me swap the car. The accomodation was comfortable and service top notch. I loved the location, it served as a good base to access Ayder.
The hotel is very good. Room was clean and comfortable, and also they were cleaning the rooms everyday. They reply to you fast and gets you what you need. The stuff team are also very kind and helpful. Hotel is in city center, so you can reach to everything easily. I do recommend for anyone visiting Rize.😊
The place gives you a very nice cabin/tree house atmosphere. The location of the hotel is nearby the main road where you can find restaurants and rafting places. The hotel is family owned; the owners were helpful to give us tips about places to go and arrange a horse riding experience for us.
The location of the hotel is amazing, on the river, with a beautiful view. The hotel is brand new, so there are some small things that are still being fixed. The owner Onur is very friendly and helps you out with everything you need. Room is big, with a very nice bathroom.
