Beautiful lake among the green Valleys. To do up the valleys * Kayla - to see scenery is a must. Dursun Ali İnan Museum was amazing. For me it is amongst the top 10 Ethnographical museums in Turkey.
Just avoid high season full of Arab tourists and places made for them that is irrelevant with Uzungöl, polluting surrounding beautiful nature and Turkish culture.
Recommend to paraglide and enjoy the incredible view from the air.

If you come to Uzungol Lake, Do NOT stay at the Royal Uzungol Hotel Spa Restaurant. We visited the hotel to celebrate Ramadan / Eid 2023 and the hotel staff ruined it all for us. They refused to open any amenities and the entire hotel was ice cold; we were the only people staying in the hotel so they decided it wasn't worth it for them to turn on the heater for the hotel; heat the pool; turn on the sauna / steam room and activate the satellite channels. The worst hotel experience I ever had in any hotel I have ever visited.

the area is nice actually is very good but not for more than two nights, if u don't want to do the activities that offer there, so one night is enough, u spent the day around the lake and visit some near attractions and night enjoy the in the center and have dinner. that's all in auzngul

It is very crowded and this may ruin the experience for many. Also, the weather was not ideal. It was cold and rainy in the middle of the summer with constant fogs that blocked the view. Also, everything is overpriced there.

Uzungol is a very beautiful place alongside a lake and in between mountains. I would highly recommend KOM CAFE not because of its food but because of its amazing view from the top that overlooks the entire place. However, the food was twice as expensive and not as good as in the city. Overall my experience was mainly good because of its uplifting and peaceful environment and scenic beauty.
The location! It is right infront of the lake (so even without the view of the lake from a window, we can just step outside and see it) and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking simple meals (we'd advice you to do groceries before traveling to here since the prices here are tourists prices). There's a parking space right in front of the hotel, and the staffs are friendly.
OZKAN Otel in Uzangul was one of our finest experience. Not only because of the building but more importantly because of the great staff operating the property
Ozgur, Ali and Ibrahim, they made us feel like we are part of their family. Indeed they made us feel like a guest in their home NOT a customer in a hotel

The hotel exceed my expectations. The room was big enough for all of us (5 people), and it was very clean. Moreover, the room was equipped with all needed facilities and the two bathrooms add a good value. The staff was very king and helpful, especially Mr. Ismaeel who did all the requests and the things we needed during our stay. It is a wonderful hotel with good price in the beautiful Uzungol and it is highly recommended.
Best part is the location and the view . Its very close to the iconic mosque. Restaurant, cafés and shops are very close. Because the property is located at height it gives a perfect view of the lake (if your room has a lake view balcony). Note that because the hotel is located at a height, walking to hotel is not very easy. Hot water, kitchen appliance.
Actually the hotel location was really good with an overview for the whole front yard where the mosque and Uzungol meet. Staff was very helpful and friendly like Mudher who helped us along our stay. I highly recommend it to everyone who looks for calmness and mind clarity away from the lake road and noise.

The breakfast was not included with our room purchase. The hotel was good but the location was a little far from the lake which is 2-3 mins of the drive. I highly recommend having a car as the road to the lake is quite narrow and steep which might prove to be difficult by foot.
Great hotel with a great view on Uzungöl. There are two heaters in the room which are working from evening till morning, so don't be afraid of the cold. After a long walk we were happy to take a really hot shower. Mahmood was very kind and hospitable.
