A nice garden, feels like far from the busy tourist streets, but very close. The garden is a very nice and quiet place to stay and relax, and you can get to the shops in a minute or so. A lot of cute turtles to watch, living in the garden, and a bar with possibilities for a simple meal in the evening and breakfast in the garden. Very cute room, probably newly renovated. I would absolutely stay here again to this price level also next time.

Kusadasi is a resort town, catering to the cruise ships. Restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We were only there to get to Esphesus, which is a great half-day trip. We also went on a very inexpensive sunset cruise. It's good for a day or two.

A tour to Ephesus is a must.
A tour to Ephesus is a must. I also did a gulet day trip to 3 different coves on Türkiye coast which was fabulous. Also caught the local bus to Selçuk and Sirince. The museum at Selçuk was very interesting plus the St John Basilica. Sirince is nice to spend a couple of hours.
Also a day trip to archeological sites: Didyma, Miletos and Priene in my opinion is a must too.

The locals are so friendly the food was amazing and the service is brilliant Kusadasi it’s self is stunning but only a short trip can bring you to other fab places which we want to return to see
Yes there are a lot of shops and the vendors want you in but we were never harassed by any of them in fact they were very helpful when you couldn’t find a place
Only downside a lot of street dogs and cats but they are mostly harmless and don’t come near you I’m afraid of dogs but I actually got use to them and they are well looked after by all the locals I felt very safe walking around by myself during the day

Villa and pool very clean .
Villa and pool very clean .
Staff very helpful and responded quickly to any problems.
We had a few issues , shower needed attention. unit doors in kitchen needed adjusting and a few other things that should have been checked beforehand . Kitchen could have been better aquipped no toaster , welcome pack very poor also no cafe as advertised ‘this was disappointing as we were looking forward to trying the Turkish breakfast ,but all in all we had a lovely holiday .
Location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance (3 to 4 min) from the main shopping streets of Kusadasi. We had a huge bedroom with a seating area on the 4th floor with a partial view of the sea. Bathrooms are huuuuuuuuge. We opted for half board: breakfast and dinner. We were not dissapointed: buffet for both meals and boy oh boy, they did not disappoint. Service in dining room excellent. Make sure you try their freshly baked pide. And like the rest of Turkey, alcohol is unfortunately very expensive.
It is a nice hotel as it’s located in the city center and on the beachfront. All rooms have a view to the ocean without any exception, there’s a nice pool which is 190cm on the right side and 120cm on the left.WiFi works great as well as cellular. There are 2 entrances to the hotel, one from the city on the bottom another which is main on the top .Breakfast is not bad , facilities too.Teapot, free water, refrigerator, balcony,AC,WC,etc.
It was kinda clean but it’s all right.
The view though is exceptional!!!
I have traveled extensively in Turkey and never have I seen such an amazing and professional team (even at 5- and 4-star hotels) as the one at Hikmethan Hotel. Mohammad bey & Hakan bey are extremely helpful, nice and welcoming; you really feel yourself like at home. If you’d like a family-run hotel with absolutely the best staff, personalised service and Turkish hospitality at its best, this is the hotel to book. Big thanks to the staff of the hotel and see you!
Amazing staff, very helpful.... very friendly! The location is the best part, you're right in front of the most beautiful waterfront. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in Turkey hotels ...
Just a tip for anyone looking to book in future, if youre not really tight on budget go for a room with view ... It didn't matter that much to me at the time of booking, but later I regretted that I should've booked the room with view.
One of the best hotels in Kusadasi
Great location on the beach. The upper floors have better sea views. We had a triple room with balcony, which provided all the space we needed. It appears to be an older hotel, but seems to be well maintained. They have a free private parking garage nearby, which was excellent! There is a lift to the upper floors. Breakfast was adequate. Nice sunsets from the balcony! There is a restaurant on site, and numerous other nearby locations for food and drink.
Location is great, you can watch stunning dusks every evening while enjoying your dinner. Upon arrival we found that room is opposite to entertainment zone with loud music till 11 pm. The next day hotel stuff agreed to change our room for a more quite one with sea view. Animation team does their best to keep guests active and engaged. Great variety of foods on breakfast and dinners. Nice beach and two pools.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was big, very clean with a kettle with tea and coffee. There was a nice balcony and nice view .The bathroom was very big on size and very clean. The staff was very helpful, very friendly and welcoming. We did book a tour to pamukkale town for great value and it was great experience. We did like Ephesian Hotel and we would stay there again if we come back to Kusadasi.
The view was amazing and room was clean. The staff were great. They ensured our stay is comfortable and guided us directions around Kusadasi. A point to note is the hotel is located uphill… you may have to walk a lot if you dont have a car.
The breakfast items are limited but delicious…
Overall, it was a pleasant stay…
The location is excellent, right at the beachfront, the view from our room is a wow.
The hotel staff are wonderful, always ready and on their feet to help with luggage, answering our questions.
The breakfast is excellent; if you are coffee drinker like us, there’s a fantastic coffee machine there.
I love this hotel! Hassan and his team are very accommodating and lovely. The hotel is spacious and wonderful - clean and comfortable. It's located in the heart of Kusadasi and the views are spectacular. Priced extremely well. Breakfast options were amazing.
Our stay was all inclusive, we had a wonderful time with our kids the staff were very nice, the location and the view were amazing and the verity of the meals are great especially they have different snack times and drinks between the main meals
This hotel is by far not the most luxurious but the very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff will make your stay unforgettable. The bar at the rooftop offers a great view to Kusadasi. As a conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel.
It is close to the beach! It is close to the market and restaurants. Everything you need is nearby. It was already a vacation just by staying in the hotel with the nearby beach. It is homey.
Big all inclusive resort. Plenty to do at the hotel or activities can be arranged elsewhere. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Made us very welcome. Food good choice.
The view from the hotel is good, near the hotel is the Jade beach. The pool at the hotel is excellent, as is the entire hotel staff. Highly recommend it to anyone
Excellent location right on the beach and only a 5 minute spin to kusidasi centre there's a taxi rank ten metres from the hotel and super friendly staff
