We loved everything in this hotel. The staff was nice, the room was clean, the food was tasty (in the restaurant downstairs especially). No problem or stress at all. Highly recommended! There is even huge free public parking near the hotel. The only tiny minus is the size of the room, its was a bit tiny for 2 girls)) Otherwise all good

Great location, staff were exceptional so helpful they went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Parking was scarce so they let us park the car at the door the they waited for a park across the road to become available and parked the car for us, the staff in the restaurant were so attentive they made sure we had everything we needed toasted our bread and brought us tea in the morning.

The hotel is on the great location, 1 min walking from the beach. And I had an amazing view to the sea from the balcony. Also many restaurants can be found right in front of the hotel. The hotel was very simple and rooms and bathroom a bit old. Would probably not recommend it for a longer stay, but for few nights is great. Also for that price I would not expect anything better. Breakfast was also good.

Kusadasi is a resort town, catering to the cruise ships. Restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We were only there to get to Esphesus, which is a great half-day trip. We also went on a very inexpensive sunset cruise. It's good for a day or two.

A tour to Ephesus is a must.
A tour to Ephesus is a must. I also did a gulet day trip to 3 different coves on Türkiye coast which was fabulous. Also caught the local bus to Selçuk and Sirince. The museum at Selçuk was very interesting plus the St John Basilica. Sirince is nice to spend a couple of hours.
Also a day trip to archeological sites: Didyma, Miletos and Priene in my opinion is a must too.

The locals are so friendly the food was amazing and the service is brilliant Kusadasi it’s self is stunning but only a short trip can bring you to other fab places which we want to return to see
Yes there are a lot of shops and the vendors want you in but we were never harassed by any of them in fact they were very helpful when you couldn’t find a place
Only downside a lot of street dogs and cats but they are mostly harmless and don’t come near you I’m afraid of dogs but I actually got use to them and they are well looked after by all the locals I felt very safe walking around by myself during the day

Villa and pool very clean .
Villa and pool very clean .
Staff very helpful and responded quickly to any problems.
We had a few issues , shower needed attention. unit doors in kitchen needed adjusting and a few other things that should have been checked beforehand . Kitchen could have been better aquipped no toaster , welcome pack very poor also no cafe as advertised ‘this was disappointing as we were looking forward to trying the Turkish breakfast ,but all in all we had a lovely holiday .
The staff at this hotel was so kind and helpful, I have absolutely no complaints about them. When we first arrived at the hotel, their credit card machine was not working, and they let us settle in and said we could pay the next morning no problem. It was super nice. When we asked for extra towels or toilet paper there was always extra. it is central to downtown Kusadasi and would be the best hotel in town if it had a serious renovation. The breakfast was pretty good, beautiful views, and close to the Çarsi and many restaurants.
Everything excellent, nice people, great food, great facilities and golf course. Close to the beach, close to the town - we rented a car but they do transfers as well. I have been on many holidays, my first time in Turkey and I will be booking again for next year. Swimming pool cold at the end of October but that is to be expected, one heated pool inside, but just to jump in and out to get refreshed was fine for me. If you want massage definitely book in with Abi, I have been to many places but never had such a perfect massage.
this is the best property I have stayed in my turkey visit in all touristy cities .
1. The room has a spectacular view of the sea and the port . It’s mind blowing to look outside
2. the Hotel is very modern and plush
3. The service is very fast for meeting any guest needs like towels , water, taxi etc
4. the hotel has an amazing location and I’m walking distance to amazing restaurants / pubs , 6 minutes away from ladies beach.
5. the breakfast spread is a amazing and fresh with amazing views
6. roof top pool was tempting
We stayed our two nights in Kusadasi at Asena hotel given the excellent reviews. It's a budget hotel at the beachfront of Ladies Beach, which is one of the best public beaches in Jusadasi, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel though needs some serious renovation, the corridors and the floors are carpeted and quite dirty. The rooms were small but with great views to the sea. However, the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, I found it to be a good option for a short stay in Kusadasi if you're on a tight budget.
The hotel is located on a hill. The ocean view is therefore beautiful. The hotel also has a elevator so you do not have to walk downstairs, which is very convenient. If you come by car, make sure to select the route over the boulevard next to sea on your navigation to avoid the very narrow streets in Kusadasi.
The hotel staff is very friendly and the bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast contained various options. There is an open kitchen so you could see that everything was freshly made.
Very nice view from the superior room in the main building. They also have separate houses near the main hotel, but I don't recommend as it is very far away.
All the areas were clean including the room
Good food. Not excelent, but good enough, I would have liked more variety of meat.
Nice pools and entertainment areas.
Clean beach, safe and quiet. They have video surveillance so leaving your goods on the beach when you swim is not a problem.
Lots of water sports(but not cheap)
Location is great, you can watch stunning dusks every evening while enjoying your dinner. Upon arrival we found that room is opposite to entertainment zone with loud music till 11 pm. The next day hotel stuff agreed to change our room for a more quite one with sea view. Animation team does their best to keep guests active and engaged. Great variety of foods on breakfast and dinners. Nice beach and two pools.
Hotel is positioned right next to the Ladies Beach, Migros market and bus stop for bus number 5 that goes to the Center, markets and Kusadasi castle. Wi-fi was good and there is a fridge and stove in the kitchen. There is no designated parking but plenty of spaces to park right next to the hotel. On top of the hotel there are tables with chairs and a small pool. Great view to the sea from there!
The people working there were very friendly and gave me wonderful recommendations for my stay. The trips I booked, were perfectly organized and one of the guides was amazing! I am very happy I chose this hotel and I would definately come back, if I come again to Kusadasi.
The breakfast buffet was also great and I was surprised about the good matress of the bed! :-)
We really enjoyed our stay here. A pleasant hotel, the staff were friendly, a fantastic location in the nicer part of Kusadasi. The pool was really nice. Our room had everything we needed and aircon kept us nice and cool. We would stay here again, a pleasant and pretty little hotel!
On this trip to Turkey, we as a family stayed in 7 different hotels in multiple cities, This Hotel was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, it wasn't the only Ramada either, but it was by far the worst experience we had in Turkey.
Located at a strategic location not far from Kusadasi touristy area. Free buffet breakfast provided daily and the staff was very keen to give us food. The hotel boss spoke good English and very welcoming. Overall it was a good stay :)
A lot of excellent food, all the time (all inclusive). I like very much Turkish cousine!
Nice pools - for kids with slides, and 2 for adults onyl (quiet area)
Very friendly staff
Sea view from room
Nice room
Simply, very good!
Nice city hotel. Small but cozy. Walking distance from the city center but it’s on the hill, so be prepared for a little climbing. Standard turkish breakfast - nothing special but ok.
Friendly people. The property was very conveniently located in Kusadasi, and the staff was extremely helpful, especially Nevin, Aladdin and the guys at the front desk
One of the best breakfast buffets in all of Turkey. The ocean view rooms are worth every penny. The front desk is provides five-star service with regard to parking!
Our cheapest stay in Turkey and didn't disappoint - Receptionist staff were very helpful and courteous - location was great near to the beaches and Dolmus start point
Comfortable bed and room and central location in Kusadasi. You can walk anywhere from here. We even walked to the bus station to catch the bus to Ephesus.
