This is a family run business and the owners couldn’t do more to help you. They offer a free lift up to the entrance gates of the travertines - even when we suggested that we take our own car and use the car park they insisted and explained that it made more sense to start at the top of the hill and exit at the bottom gate, rather than trek back up to get our car from the carpark.
The food was all home made, reasonably priced (evening meal) and delicious.
The owners are very friendly and this place has a lovely, homely atmosphere.

The Travertine Terraces was amazing. The hot springs was also good. The views are beautiful.
Next was the ancient city of Hierapolis nearby. It is vast and to enjoy it, take your time and spend the day walking around. A lot of walking though not if you don't like walking the do rent golf cart
If you like Turkish food, the local cuisine is authentic and they have Mom and Pop restaurants that have home cooking

Note: entry to access the thermal pools is expensive but covers a very large area. Consider knowing if they have water so you don't make a trip in vain.

The ruins of Hierapolis are worth visiting. The rest was a huge disappointment. We were unable to see any similarity with the tourist promotion photos. The white thermal pools with blue water can barely be seen. Cleopatra's pool is a trap for tourists. Extra payment is required.
The thermal pools are artificial, slippery and full of tourists. We have to walk barefoot on aggressive flooring.
The entrance at the bottom next to the city is a mistake. It requires you to walk up barefoot for more than 500 meters on very harsh ground for your feet.

This place is only worth visiting if you have never been there. Even so, you have to manage your expectation and forget about all the photographs about Pamukkale you saw, which is pretty much the magic of a good photographer. Most of the pool are dried and there are far too many people.
The Herapolis ruins is surprising good and well- maintained, which I would perfer to stay there longer. Our visit via the north gate is a good choice though.

I read many reviews of people complaining about lack of water or the site globally turning grey. Climate change. I was visiting mid September after months of no rain and water was enough to understand why even Cleopatra came there: Hierapolis (full) visit is amazing. I recommend people to read a bit the story of this city before visiting
Behavior of the staffs was excellent. Their helping attitude, positive approach towards any issues totally praiseworthy.
The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned by the staffs.
It was totally valued for money. Very near (300m) to the Pamukkale Entrance.
We ordered food from the inside hotel restaurant which was also good and worthy.

I loved the location of the property and the staff. The hotel was about 10 minutes away from the thermal pools/Hierapolis and just a short walk from the Main Street. The staff is truly what stood out, from the start we were welcomed warmly and felt extremely comfortable at the hotel. We were also able to meet the whole family (including their puppy!) that runs the hotel and again they were nothing but helpful and friendly during our stay. There has been no other place that I’ve stayed at in Turkey where the hosts are as kind.
The stuff we're absolutely warm, down to earth and welcoming, they were very helpful and gave us tips to where to travel and go to site see, car park was easy, help with carrying luggage was given.! I felt very comfortable with the hotel, service, cleanse, and bedding. The people in the town were the nicest iv seen in Turkey, very welcoming and down to earth, food quality and price were absolutely amazing. I will definitely come back... definitely! Everything was perfect! The decor in the room is simple, but everything looks dignified and clean. Each room has a balcony/terrace. Also in the bathroom there was a bath, which can be filled with thermal water. Quiet, calm hotel. Good breakfasts are served in the morning. A very nice man at the reception, who will give advices on places to visit. Free parking nearby. In 5 minutes there are many cafes, markets, shops. Karahait is a great village to live and visit.
This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, period. We travelled all around Turkey and stayed in four different hotels and this place exceeded all the others in every way. It was comfortable, quiet, and clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast in the garden was delicious (and I usually think free breakfast is overrated), and there wifi works well enough for some video calls we had to take for work reasons. I definitely, definitely recommend.
Amazing owner Mr Mehmet and his wife. The hotel is walkable distance to the restaurants, markets and the pamukkale Thermal pool. Just behind the hotel is another famous attraction - the upside down house. What I like most is that Mr Mehmet is so helpful in many things. Finding best tour, transportation and affordable activities. Actually, he helps me alot and staying here is so worth it.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We particularly liked the main receptionist who provided us with all the info we needed and arranged our transportation to Laodicea and Afrodisias. The restaurant nearby the pool was amazing with friendly waiters and great food. This was the most generous, delicious and healthy breakfast we had in Turkey. Fresh products, vegetables, fruit, sweets, coffee, tea, yogourt. Thank you!

Excellent hotel! Two pools - one regular and one with thermal water. Clean, nice, friendly. The thermal water comes directly to the bathroom in your room. The parking lot is next to the hotel. Luxurious breakfast! The market is nearby. A forest with a lane for bicycles and running is in 100 meters from the hotel. We will surely come back to the hotel!
Aspawa is a great place to stay. The rooms and common areas are all very clean and tidy. The family running the hotel work well as a team and are very kind to their guests. They even drove us to the top entrance of Pamukkale thermal pools and Hierapolis! They were gracious and generous hosts. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Venus was a great place to stay in Pamukkale. The rooms were excellent. We had dinner outside around the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was probably the best we had anywhere in Turkey. The manager organised a mini bus for us to get to our next town. Nothing was too much trouble.
