The Gol Pension is set in the most perfect spot looking over Egirdir Lake. it is in such a peaceful calm location and run by such a kind family. Breakfast was fabulous and the lovely owners went out of their way to make us feel so welcome. we were just sorry we could only stay a couple of nights but will absolutely come back and stay here again for longer. We enjoyed our days swimming in the lake and walking around the nearby town which was busier and we were glad to get back to relax at The Gol and enjoy the calm and amazing views.

The owners (a family) were so friendly and helpful, the room was huge and the hotel is 30 meters from the main road (3 minutes to the beautiful Egirdir), as well as the lake. An amazing natural place if you wanted to have a good rest.
They bring us the breakfast to the room (we booked a suite with living room), was really good and abundant.
Easy park in the same street, international TV channels availables and powerful wifi.

Beautiful lake views, very good countryside. Would be even better during the lavender season. Useful Wednesday market. Some good and not too expensive cafes, but might be too crowded during the tourust season

The lake is very beautiful and clean and the beaches are big and nice and quiet, with all the space you want. Egirdir is also a charming and quiet town, with some old wooden greek houses, a fine mosque and a beautiful medrese. The peninsula in particular is what makes Egirdir attractive. This is where most hotels and pensions are, most of them family-owned, as well as a few nice restaurants.
In addition, in summer, Egiridr is very enjoyable as it is less hot than other places in Turkey due to the mountains. When we were there, the temperature was 44° in Antalya, but 29° in Egirdir.
The pension is run by a lovely couple, Baba Huseyin and Madam Isma. We loved having traditional Turkish breakfast at the outside terrace under the vines and enjoying the morning sun, with homemade jams. We had grapes too, freshly picked from the garden. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities. May God Al Mighty grant both Baba and Madam good health and able to share their house with many more people from all over the world. The lake is awesome and beautiful. We had a lovely morning stroll along the lake.
If you would like to meet the sweetest people in Turkey then stay at the Peace Pension. This family run pension was clean, comfortable and on a quiet street with a green space out front. The breakfast was wonderful and the hosts so friendly and kind. Our family room was big enough for 4 and had a couple of chairs inside and for the balcony. The owners pride showed i this pension as they were making improvements while we were there. You do need to pay in cash.
The owner of the hotel were three sisters. They were extremely friendly and helped us out to arrange the tours around the region. Our room and the location of the hotel were perfect. We went swimming in the beautiful lake which is just in front of the hotel late in the evening and early in the morning. Compared to other holiday regions, we found the island habitants very friendly and welcoming.
What a fantastic stop over on our way to Cappadocia! Clean, comfortable rooms and in an amazing location. We were able to get a great meal and swim all within 300 feet of the hotel. The man who runs the place is incredibly friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Good wifi, delicious breakfast, hot water etc.
Very welcoming and friendly. We felt as if we were staying in their home in the spare bedroom. We got to meet many of her family. The kavalti in the morning was the best I have had in Turkey with fresh berries and fruit from the yard in front. Fantastic experience.
This is a very nice guesthouse to spend a few days in. The family that runs it is very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The location is very good, quiet but close to good restaurants and near the lake. The rooms are good. The level of hygiene is excellent.
Amazing view on the lake, breakfast is served on the 360° view terrase. Also Ibragim is perfect host! He made fried eggs for us on the breakfast, served very tasty dinner and made all atmosphere very comfortable! Velikolepno!

The view from the second floor Room's is a blast - the Lake Sight's just open-up infront of you. It is quite relaxing restoring and gratifying at the same Time to sleep a while under such conditions.
