We went there in March to hiking in the Low Tatras with our dog. The hotel is close to a beautiful lake, in a perfect, idyllic environment, and the stuff was really friendly and helpful, especially Tatiana. Our room was neat, cosy, and comfortable with a small balcony. The cuisine was great, we loved it as well as the sauna after our long and tiring trips. So I hope to come back in the summer. (I accidentally left my sunglasses in the room after we checked out, they informed me right away! :) )

Listen- I have stayed in every country in Europe as a motorcycle traveller from sleeping in sheds to private villas, and this is possibly the best I've ever had. Private secure parking with cover and electric gate. Mountain view, conservatory, virtually a full apartment, outstanding breakfast platter delivered to the room, garden+seating etc, Netflix, everything has been considered even down to colouring pencils/paper for kids, modern and spotless facility and for an absolute bargain price. What a winner! 11/10 Slovakia takes the lead from the previous-best in Romania.
