Amazing place!Very friendly and profesional staff, especially receptionists(welcom drink upon arrival).Whole property is very clean ,rooms spacious with everythink you need,wide comfy beds.Best Wellnes and Spa in High Tatras!We really enjoyed cosy pool area and outside jacuzzi. Food was delicious,a lot to choose from,smiley staff -always helpfull.

Spacious, clean, tastefully arranged and equipped with all necessary devices. Located in a very quiet place. Detailed access instructions delivered in advance. Very comfortable base to prepare yourself (and the family :) for skiing or hiking in the surrounding mountains (High Tatra or Slovensky Raj) and take a rest afterwards. Restaurants in walking distance, Even at bad weather conditions the flat is big enough to spend there the whole day with several people without going mad. ;)

The location isn't the closest to all the main action, but if you're traveling with a car, that's not a problem. Calm, spacious. The nearby restaurant is a great choice when you return tired from the mountains and don't want to waste time searching. The staff is nice, the spaces are clean.

Great location to go off exploring. Nearby lakes and nice ski resorts- we didn't ski, but used the restaurants and bars, which were really nice. Restaurant called Spitz - was great, highly recommend it, address was Stary Smokovec 62.

Very good location, you can find optimal price for stay near mountains, there are local bars and cafes, local shop.
In the center there is a small water mill and stream across village, after hikes we were sinking our feet to that cold water for refreshing.

Bars and cafes are not so cheap as I expected (beer 2,8 Eur, dinner 10-20 Eur), there is one small local bar (Bufet) for beer from tap for 1,2 eur
There are some local gypsies that live in the village, after 2 years I have noticed that the amount have increased. (if it's bothering you)

There are a lot of restaurants but non of them was opened when we were at this town. Unfortunately the summer season was over and the winter season has not yet started. Anyway, the town is nice and calm.
The room was amazing - Family Superior, 2-floor room full of comfort and space. Also, there was a terrace entrance with view to hotel area.
I really enjoyed the spa center, there was a nice pool with pool bar, really good placed saunas and relaxation room. U can relax in beautiful place and find something exactly for you.
The location of hotel is good with nice views on High Tatras, a lot of space for parking, but probably the main summer season is better for families with kids than young pairs or romantic stay...
Perfect place - with amazing welness & SPA (it was enough space for all guests, very calm and safe, many types of sauna and jacuzzi), a wonderful nature around, very comfortable beds, tasty food. It was short family vacation - and we really enjoyed it there. Highly recommended😊💖
We arrived to Poprad by train - and took taxi to the hotel from the station (it is only one possible transport if you came without a car). It takes about 20 minutes and 15 euro.
Cleanliness, modern hotel, nicely kept surroundings, good price including big outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, bar-swimming pool, quite few saunas to choose from, very good quality and tasty buffet style dinner and breakfast. The Honeymoon room is small in size but comes with a little terrace. Both ladies on reception were amazing.
Well, hard to say, i was not there, as my daughter has got sick during night i spent whole.morning in hospital. I called with lady from hotel and informed her about situation, she promised me to solve the situation with 50% refund for next booking(never heard from her back).
Good location ,close to slopes(4 min by car) medium sized room inside Lesna Hotel. It was very hot inside the room witch was a plus for us during some cold winter days. You can have breakfast or dinner in Horizont Hotel witch is next to Lesna Hotel
We love literally everything. Apartment was beautiful and clean with great wifi connection. Only short walking distance to Stara Lesna tram stop (15mins). Our host was waiting for us in front of apartment. We will definitely come back again.
The hotel was lovely, we really enjoyed the pool and the game room. The best part was the restaurant, we had two dinner there and both time were amazed by the beauty and taste of our foods. Well done to the great staff in the kitchen.
I liked it a lot, and it's my second stay there, thus it's a statement itself. However, there was a constant issue with WiFi thus 8 out of 10 stars.
Apart from that, amazing hotel with great food , pool, and view. Defo recommend.
All in the hotel was amazing. Nice clean modern room, very good food (breakfast and dinner) and great wellness with the nice view to High Tatras. I also appreciate the reasonable prices in lobby bar.
All staff were really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel right under Lomnický Štít,30min walk to Tatranská Lomnice. We were really happy with the breakfast, big choice and good quality food
Nice, spacious , clean apartment with balcony overlooking a creek. Elektricka stop ( Stara Lesna ) is just 1 km, so 10 min walk. All tracking path can be reached easily. Its a great place to stay.
Perfectly clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice staff. Hand soap and toilet paper in the bathroom, 2 towels per person. It is a family friendly hotel so you see and hear children in the common areas.
