It was our second stay in this accommodation. It got even better as they added a dishwasher and a washing machine. The hosts thought of everything, I can't think of anything lacking. I have to add I very much appreciated the recycling bins.

Really nice hotel, in a refurbished little palace, with a lot of charm. Very comfortable and nicely decorated place in a very good taste. Also, there is a very nice terrace with a view over the city and a small garden in the rear. The restaurant offers chef-quality treats at a very fair price.
Finally, the kind of service you find in a 5-star hotel, where the staff is extremely devoted to providing very professional service and making you feel very welcome.
All in a very inviting price, which must come from the fact the hotel just opened recently.

This hotel is unique and exceptional. There is no reason not to stay here. Communication with the hotel was excellent, and our welcome was warm and friendly.
The hotel is totally unique, and an old building where every corner has interesting features and furniture. The long walk up the wooden stairs is wonderful.
The room was light, warm, comfortable, and huge. The bed was very comfortable and views over the city. Location is also perfect. There is nothing I would change, I just recommend this place

The location and unique esthetic are truly an experience. It's definitely worth visiting for a night or two. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The room was super clean, and food and amenities were amazing.

It is a pity that there is such a limited possibility to est or to be accomodated directly in spa, or to enjoy facilities. It was our second visit, and we finally havet to tame a taxi to reach a restaurant elsewhere or to order food via phone from elsewhere. Special cave spa was or booked or closed so from spa we saw only what you could see from street. There is no reason to stay or come back. We were dissapointed a lot. Why there is no restaurant with decent services, or cafetery or whatever sign of hospitability?

Good spa with small amount of info in english, otherwise no english spoken or understood. Some staff not very friendly or helpful. Very difficult place for foreigners. Beautiful parkland area but a bit remote from anything. Rather below expectations on the whole. Difficult to find places to eat.
The hause is fully equipped and offers everything a guest might need. Marió was waiting for us with welcome drink and he made sure we feel good and meet nothing missing. In the morning we had a wonderfull breakfast we have never had even in a 5-star-hotel, with attention to the smallest details. I would like to thank Marió he provided us great stay and for sure we will return soon... there is so much to see around!
