We booked the biggest room with views of Lomnicky stit. Comfortable, warm with all we needed. Big advantage is the private bathroom and great hot shower.. The room has gorgeous views and fantastic location. Food was tasty with good portions. We really enjoyed the sauna with a views of the mountains. We had a fantastic time and will stay again.
Minor points that can be easily fixed:
The room decor is very nice and welcoming..why spoiling it with a bathroom soap dispenser?
Would welcome slightly broader breakfast selection, but this seems to be better during busy season. English main menu would be great.
For sauna would be good to supply at least empty glass so one can have a drink of water.

The location is perfect, only few meters away from the cable cars. The room was perfect with a view to the peak. The breakfast was delicious.

Very nice option to spend a weekend in the aquapark. Hotel guests are entitled to unlimited entrance to the aquapark and spa including saunas (which, on the other hand is additionally paid 15eur by regular guests).
The stay included free brekfasts and dinners (both with open buffet). Room was spacious and clean. Wifi worked well but my own 5G connection was better.
There is a grocery store 3min walking distance from the hotel. Paring lot is available free of charge outside the hotel building.
The mountain view is amazing and you can enjoy it both from the main pool as well as from a small hotel terrace.
Classic, tasty continental breakfast and dinners with elements of Slovakian cuisine. A family stay is diversified by a cinema room for children, a kids' club located near to Lobby bar :-) swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a hotel mini zoo. Great location, at the foot of the Slovak High Tatras, a few minutes by car to Starý Smokovec.
We really enjoyed the entire compound of this hotel. Tons of activities for the kids all over the place. Great selection of the food for the breakfast and dinners. Great location, lots of opportunities to take a relaxing walks, or high effort hikes. Would definitely come back for the kids and the location.
Perfect hotel for the family with kids. Kid playroom, cinema, small swimming pool, outside playground, animal court with contact zoo. Close to the Vysoke Tatry.

Peter is a nice host, we arrived much later than we expected, and though it was late he waited for us and was very welcoming. We had a great stay in Gerlachov, close to the mountains. Very good value for the money.
Good accommodation for fair price, it was clean and tidy. We went there to sleepover to climb the Gerlachovský štít the next day and for this kind of purpose it was very good.
