The house was beautiful, there was plenty of space and even toys for the kids to play with. It was a perfect place to explore the mountains and visit the spa. The host was really helpful answering any questions and giving us information about the area.

A beautiful small village on the edge of the Velka Fatra...
A beautiful small village on the edge of the Velka Fatra national park, one of the most scenic parts of Slovakia. Easy access to hiking, with bike and electric scooter hire available from several places in the village. Basic shopping facilities (if you're self-catering), but the towns of Martin & Turcianska Teplice are close by, with supermarkets. If you don't have a car, you'll be reliant on the local bus service that takes you to Martin (or, with a change, Turcianska Teplice). From Martin there are excellent rail connections.

Really nice village, specially through summer.
Really nice village, specially through summer. Close to the mountains, nice area for mountain biking, with plenty of place to rent ebikes.
What I missed is some restaurant in the village, maybe I didn't checked them all.
