We had booked this cottage on short notice for a one-night layover. Everything was very clean and tidy (the strict house-keeping rules employed on the guests may have helped with that). Access was easy via a key box.
The cottage #4 is very small but sufficient for a short stay of two people. Everything we needed was there, even a large refrigerator with ice box. The beds were quite comfortable, air condition worked and was not too noisy.

Ähus is close to Kristianstad so it makes sense to spend some time there as well and checkout the laidback city. Åhus is a sleepy little town and its worth visiting the Absolut vodka museam and factory.
We stayed here last minute for one night in the winter/snow storm. Very nice looking hotel, I think they renovated it very recently.
A big parking is available.
We had a room on the ground floor, which looked brand new. The hallway to get there was rather uncosy and not entirely finished though.
The breakfast was great. Plenty of options.
We also went to the wellness (which we had to book extra), which is very nice/big.
Location, the accomodation ambience...very traditional swedish feeling. I booked single bed room and surprised that the room was quite big compared past experiences booking a single bed hotel room which usually so limited in space. Bed was comfy..adjustable sleeping method! Hairdryer, bathroom clean, big table, drawer.. tea and coffee available in breakfast area. And clean accomodation.

For the price that I paid the room was less than I had expected. The staff were friendly, but not exceptionally so, except for one (possibly Polish) lady who was exceptionally helpful, and actually made us feel welcome in the hotel.
Late check-in was handled without problem. Hotel is located conveniently along the bike trail Sydostleden. Thai-restaurant van available on the parking lot, which served nice food. Friendly staff. Room held good standard.
This B&B was like a hidden green oasis just outside Åhus. The room was very cosy and cute, but also clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and very relaxed, as we sat out in the garden looking at the birds.
Newly renovated hotel & spa, amazing interior/decoration, could not ask for better views, worth to book the suites, restaurant very good (breakfast & dinner). We definatelly would like come back!
