Perfectly fine for a late arrival at the airport. Quick communication with any questions I had and very friendly. We were able to walk to the hotel from the arrivals terminal and a shuttle brought us to the rental car company we had booked with the next morning

It is a few years since I last stayed at the Bessa; I had forgotten what a good hotel it is - clean, modern, efficient and friendly. The staff were very helpful to accommodate my request for a late check out.
Breakfast is always good there, and this time I had a couple of snacks in the bar in the evening, which were truly delicious.
