A fantastic town with the old town as unesco heritage! There is plenty to visit, many nice places to eat or party and all in the medieval town scenery! The Vistula river is an additional highlight! Do not forget to visit the house of Copernicus who grew up there and to tastevthe famous ginger bread from Torun!

It's an amazing medieval city, a real pearl. Very interesting and underrated. Buy some gingerbread cookies at Iga Szarzynska, eat a delightful lunch at Szamanko (looks a bit like a fast food bar, but has a Michelin star-worth menu, every ingredient is home made and cautiously prepared).

Charming hotel with friendly service, excellent location in the old town, very clean room, excellent exceptionally delicious and plentiful breakfast with a large selection of food options, own pastries, juices. We also had the opportunity to be treated to wine served by the hospitable owner of the hotel.
The hotel has been rennovated and therefore the rooms and equipment are modern. The staff greated us with a smile and were professional. It was good value for money and there was free parking. It was a sweltering hot day but the air conditioning worked really well!
Hotel 1231 exceeded our expectations. Customer service was on point. Location of the hotel is great, close to old town & many food options around. Room was modern, very clean and cozy, we loved it!
