I booked 1 room for 3 adults from 15th till 16th of March. I was planning to check in at 22 in the evening of the 15th , but we lost of time at the border and arrived at the hotel at 23-45 of the 15th. The hotel was closed. I haven’t got email with room’s number and security code. My family and I were left outside in the middle of the night. I had to look for other hotel and went to another city. At 6-33 in the morning on 16th of March I got email with room’s number and security code. But why do I need it the next day?
I’ve never seen such a terrible attitude towards guests.
I demand my money back!

We’ve booked the apartment at 23:00, woke up the owner and in just 5 minutes he was already there. Please, don’t do like we did =) That line was to show the hospitality of the owner. Nice clean apartments, everything required of comfort is there, we had a great night to gather the strengths to continue our trip. Will choose it the next time visiting the city or passing by)
I've spent only one night in Hrubieszów. And I don't have a chance to walk the streets - only to go through the town and look through the car's window. On my opinion traveler can spend a day or two in Hrubieszów to feel the town's vibes and see it's historical part

We stayed in an apartment. The rooms in the main building were booked out because of the Polish/Ukraine border that was too busy to be able to pass the other side on that night. So we were obligated to find something close. However the apt was superb. The restaurant and Bar are of high standards. Mot of the staff speak english.
Wonderful and helpful staff, always call back. My parents passed Ukrainian-Polish border in the middle of the night and asked me to find a hotel for rest. Thank very much to the lady Carolina from the reception for the help and the excellent solution of our urgent tasks at 3 o'clock in the morning.
The room is clean and cozy, comfortable beds, the breakfast is really good and delicious.
I recommend to stop and stay here for all travellers.
A perfect place to stay not far from PL-UA border. The staff was very helpful - they allowed very late check-in and were waiting for my arrival. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel looks a bit more expensive than others in that area, but provides great value for money.
The housekeeping staff are the only competent employees at this hotel - kudos to them. They know the answer to every question and can solve all problems. The hotel looks nice and clean and they have a good breakfast, but it was a disappointing experience because of the many problems we encountered while staying there.
The hotel and facilities were great. Play area for my 5 year old was a added bonus. Two restaurant options on site and a bowling area. The breakfast selection was unique and plentiful. The breakfast buffet even had polish crepes which my daughter loved. I would definitely staff there again.
great 24/7 check-in. We came across the border and it always is unknown time when you arrive. Hotel kindly invited us, and check in was smooth. Very clean. All necessities are in hand. Breakfast has good choices. Perfect stop for tired travellers.
Room was cozy and homely. Personnel was gentle and helpful. Hotel has it's own parking which is also very convenient when you travel by car. Hotel's location is very good.
