Clean facilities, staff were very helpful and respectful, great views, pool water was warm and we were able to swim even if it was late. Very clean and spacious rooms, wifi was good. Please provide x2 towels per person as towels are used when getting out of the pool and gets so wet already. When showering in the adjoining toilet, another dry set of towels are needed and not the wet one that we used from the pool.

A bit isolated. Buffet meal was very average. Noisy pool filter kept me awake. Hotel a bit over-rated Western meals not much available. Will look elsewhere next trip

Mayon Volcano is a majestic and fantastic place, 100 % recommended! However, I think one whole day is enough. You can extend to two if you want to go to Donsol for whale shark watching, but it is not 100 % that you see them.

The center of everything you wished for.

The center of everything you wished for. Best for those looking for both - solemn relaxation and vacation to wild but fun activities during the Mayon short and long trail up to Black Lava with zipline (optional).

Nice place, restaurants serves good quality food and very delicious especially Balay sa Bicol resto, while at Red Labuyo resto you can have a good view of the beautiful Mayon Volcano. We also tried their Crispy King fried chicken, it’s crispy and very affordable. I love the location of Sumlang Lake, very good location to see the Mayon Volcano, we’ve tried their mango & chili flavored ice cream and taste good. We also went to see the Cagsawa ruins, very near to Casa Bicolandia Suites.

We booked a room but shower had no hot water, was informed that only on the upgraded room this was available. Did not accept this as this was not mentioned on the room that we selected and we were upgraded. Anyway think that it is ridiculous that that is not mentioned. We asked for breakfast choices but they are below par so we declined. In short for the price not worth staying here and will look for other options next time.

Note really loacted in Daraga, but Legazpi.

Note really loacted in Daraga, but Legazpi. This hotel is perfect for groups who wish to stay up all night since the bed in my room is not really cozy. They could have used light colored bedsheets to uplift the guest's mood and not seem down. It was RED. If I was not dead tired, I would request for another room if they could offer any better.
